Sitting in an ancient stone hamlet on the edge of a forest it forms part of a conservation area, of which the tranquility has hardly changed since Louis XIV's reign.

At the entrance of the Rhuys peninsula, halfway between Sarzeau and Vannes, independent house, in an 18th century property of 4 fully renovated houses, in the middle of a 4.5 hectare park with fish pond and heated swimming pool (in season). The main entrance to the house is at the back of the house and also serves the outdoor garden furniture. On the ground floor, upon entering, there is the kitchen, dining room and living room. The spiral staircase leading upstairs is on the left. At the top of this one, there is the bedroom, showers and toilets.
