"L'Etage" is a large studio classified as "Furnished Tourist Accommodation" located at the entrance to the Quiberon Peninsula, close to beaches, surf spots, kite spots and sites of interest (Megaliths, Ria, Côte sauvage, Grand Site Dunaire, GR34...). The house is perfect for couples and families. On foot, in the center of town, you will find an excellent bakery for your breakfast, a grocery store, a cafe and the press of the day. It is reserved for tenants and only for them.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a seaside vibe. You will reach the hiking trails without a car. The house is located between Etel and Plouharnel. The beach is about 2 km away: very nice by bike!
