Located on the banks of the "SAL" river of the GULF of MORBIHAN, it is the countryside by the sea, a place conducive to calm and rest. You will be able to walk on the coastal trails on each side of the cottage with the possibility of reaching the pretty port of St-Goustan via Le Bono. The main entrance to the house is at the back of the house and also serves the outdoor garden furniture. On the ground floor, upon entering, there is the kitchen, dining room and living room. The spiral staircase leading upstairs is on the left. At the top of this one, there is the bedroom, showers and toilets.
