Close to the port of Etel and the beaches, the house is located on the large dune massif of Brittany from Gavres to Quiberon. Hiking trails along the sea on foot, by bike.

Pleasant 36 m² house for 4 people in a private residence. Private garden, terrace area with garden furniture. 2 parking spots. 12m x 6m swimming pool, heated to 28° and covered (which allows swimming regardless of the weather 🙂), open from April 4 to the end of September every day from 10 am to 8 pm, shared with the 18 other units in the residence. Children's playground. Quick access to the beach (900m) through the dunes (via the bike path).
