Our apartments are ideal as a starting point for hikes and motorcycle tours over the passes of South Tyrol (such as Grödner Joch, Stilfserjoch, Penserjoch, Staller Sattel, Mendelpass, Jaufenpass).

After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. From all windows and from the balcony you can enjoy a unique view of the surrounding mountains, the vineyards, valleys, and the nearby castles. There is a small supermarket and bus stop just a 2-minute walk away. The place is also an ideal base for small hikes and cycling trips.

Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach.
