Vacation rentals with a patio in Epirus

This place is so wonderful that I have been visiting for the fourth year in a row. The host, Κωνσταντίνος is very kind helpful and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and cool. Everywhere is very clean and cozy. The beds are soft and comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. In the yard you may park your vehicle, which is very convenient. The place has a very good location. There is a lovely beach nearby and a few miles away is the beautiful town of Parga. Highly recommend you this accommodation, you will have a wonderful vacation. As of now, I dream of my next coming next year.

One of the best apartments I've rented. Everything was just like the description and photos. Warm apartment, even had a dehumidifier! What struck us was the very good materials used and the excellent consumables (towels, sheets, etc.). The host is also excellent, friendly and always helpful. Ideal for a stay of 3 people or more.

The stay was excellent. The location of the place is very convenient. Next to the lake, very close to the castle and cafes, restaurants and other shops. The room spotless and Alexios very helpful, polite and easily accessible. Of course I will prefer it on the next trip to Ioannina.

We were completely satisfied with our stay in this apartment! The location was in one of the most convenient spots in the city as access to most places was done comfortably on foot. The house was spotlessly clean and just like the photos. It had all the essentials to move around comfortably the days you stay there. The aesthetic of the space was very nice and the price definitely corresponded to the offers of the space, the apartment was absolutely worth the money. The host responded immediately and was available for any issues you might have. I would definitely choose this apartment again!

the apartment was exactly what we needed for a couple of days. Right next to everything you need but also quiet and peaceful. The host was very responsive and flexible. Most of all the cleaningness and comfort impressed us. Would 100% recommend.

A spotless house, in a quiet place with a nice yard. It's especially convenient to see the surrounding sights. It has everything a family needs for a comfortable stay.

We spent an idyllic 'out-of-season' week at Nafsika's Cottage (aka Dionysia's place). The space is perfectly balanced, with two nice-sized bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom) on either side of a generous, high-ceilinged living area. Fixtures, fittings, bathrooms are all in good order and modern but also sympathetic to the historic detailing (stone walls, wood-beamed ceilings). The sizeable outdoor space, with a dining table and loungers, gives onto a lovely sea view, even though the cottage is located in the centre of the island. We especially loved the quiet and solitude of the setting at the top of an historic village most tourists will only every pass through on their way to somewhere else. Beautiful walks in every direction, and myriad beaches (including stunning Erimitris Beach) are only a few minutes away by scooter/car. Finally, Dionysia was a wonderfully responsive and friendly host, answering any questions we had within minutes. This place is a gem.

We enjoyed this place very much. The view outside is breathtaking and you can see the snowy mountains when drinking your coffee. The place is fully equipped with everything you need including kitchenware and basic groceries(coffee, pasta, spices etc) and also everything for general cleaning and laundry. The heating system works great and the apartment is warm as much as you like. Water for shower is relatively limited for 4 people but we managed. Evi the host is very responsive for every question. The place is close to the old market and city center which means you have all the shops, supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Konitsa in my opinion is a balaced place between beautiful and quiet village and a place where you can find everything you need for your stay.

Friendly and welcoming people!! There was everything, even coffee and water. There were sweets and drinks to welcome you! Quiet area with nice views of nature. The location was close to various attractions and archaeological sites. Paris' mother gave us a gift and a handmade keychain as asouvenir.Thank you so much and keep it up!!

Cozy little apartment with cooking. You can walk to the harbor in about 5 minutes. We enjoyed the time here

Great place beautiful sunset on the terrace . The house has everything you need to cook and relax coffee machine toaster oven shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom super well equipped. A lovely welcome pack with beer water jam bread milk etc… amazing . I also want to thanks Nikos for being so so kind and flexible with our check in and check out what a star. Highly recommend the place super spacious very clean and in a great village with lovely taverns .thank you

The house is perfectly clean, well maintained and tasteful somehow furnished.. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood. It was peaceful so we slept really well. We were in the middle of nature with the fruit trees. It had an excellent sea view , ships and forest views in the harbor. It was extremely charming. And we watched the magnificent sunset in the afternoon. Great price-performance. Also the host was very friendly, helpful and hospitable, he took great care of us! Thank you!! :)) We will be back next year! 😊 I highly recommend this house. Truly Exceptional! ..

The house was beautiful and brand new! The host was most friendly and met us as soon as we got into town! Once he showed us the place and we rested a bit he took us all around town and showed us all the best places! Where to swim, shop, park, and eat. Ioannis and his wife were so kind and helpful. We would recommend them highly! Fantastic stay !

Elena’s place was amazing! She was extremely helpful, friendly, and made sure I felt right at home. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone who wants to be in the center of Ioannina. ALOT of restaurants and bars that are walking distance!

Beautiful apartment as a substitute for the one that was planned with just a small downside on the lack of dishes and electrical finishes. Very welcoming and attentive host. We recommend this host.

We had a wonderful time in Villa Sarai! We were greeted very warmly and with great kindness by Babis (the host's dad). The apartment and pool were very clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The area is very quiet and relaxing. By car, many beautiful beaches can be reached (5 - 10 min). Of course, we also got a lot of helpful tips from Babis. We also did a lot of that (beaches, River/ Springs of Acheron…). Eleni (the host's mom) is also so sweet. As soon as you needed something, it was done in a few minutes. My daughter (3.5 years old) also received a sweet gift from her. She was very happy about that. Air conditioning is also provided, which was great in the August heat. Every morning, my daughter also played with the cute cats there. What was also very positive and what we did not know before: every 2nd day it is cleaned and you get new towels. ♥️
