Townhome vacation rentals in Epirus

Great accommodation in a central part of the city, just a breath away from the lake, Itch Kale, cafes and restaurants. On the ground floor is the kitchen, one level up the living room, another level above the bedroom and half a level higher the shower and the wc (ideal for couples who have no secrets in the toilet). Thoughtful space in every detail with aesthetics and points of view, from the stone masonry to the movie lamps. On our next visit to Ioannina, we won't have to look for where to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Callista. Sophia picked us up from Gaios Port when we arrived. The house was just like the pictures and had all the amenities we needed. During our stay there was a storm in the night which broke the WiFi but Sophia was quick to resolve this during the day. There are a few walkable sites from the house like Avlaki Beach but we managed to see the majority of the island using E-bikes and buses. We would also recommend Arkas Steakhouse for food, which is walkable from the house! We ended up going twice during a week stay it was that good! Overall, great stay, would recommend 10/10.

helped us sort taxi transfers and a quick trip to the house from the airport and provided us with maps and information . wonderful outside area, beautiful plants and flowers. Lots of places to sit outside , including amazing summer house with TV. Lots of outdoor lighting to create the relaxing atmosphere. Complete kitchen with everything we needed, including some well needed cold bottles of water. Bedrooms large with lovely comfortable double beds.....slept perfectly. (for those who don't want a wake up call, there are church bells around 7am...didn't bother us!). Plenty of storage. A large sitting room with sofas but we did not need to use it as it was so hot we sat outside. Plenty of hot water, powerful shower and toiletries provided along with towels, which were changed for us half way. Nikkolos kept in touch with any help we needed. Amazing place and hope to return next October.

We had a lovely time in our two days here. Very well-appointed, clean, and the host was very communicative and helpful. She even held a parking spot for us when we arrived, which was a blessing on Easter weekend, which we weren’t anticipating. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Nice place to stay on papingo. The owner was very nice. The house was perfectly clean. The only strange fact is that the kitchen is separated from the remaining rooms. Meaning it’s not in the main house, but in an outbuilding.

Antonis traditional house was a really Gem for our 4 nights stay in the mountains. Located in the center of village Monodendri , few steps away from great restaurants. The house itself is so cute, and comfy that makes you want to chill and stay there for hours to imagine a life in the mountains:)) Antonis was always there to support us to explore the area and suggest places and thinks to do. We felt welcomed from the 1st moment. Thank you Antoni and hope we will manage to come back again in the Future.

We had a very warm welcome and a fantastic staying. We will definitely come back as it felt like home. We highly recommend this very cosy accommodation. Big thanks to Antonia for the hospitality and the delicious goodies made by her hand.

Beautiful home with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean and great backyard. We can strongly recommend this apartment.
