It consists of a single living room with kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom, storage room and outdoor area with sea view. It is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities: air conditioning, washing machine, Wi-Fi and cable TV. It is 5 minutes from the city center and 10 minutes from the port. The apartment is 5 km from Drepano beach.

This beautiful apartment is located on Kanali beach in the prefecture of Preveza, just a minute's walk from the sea, with no other buildings in front of it. The view of the Ionian is breathtaking. Nearby there are cafes, beach bars, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy. The Kanali area is only a few kilometers from the city of Preveza, Parga and the Acheron River as well as other sights. Along this beach, there is a variety of restaurants, bars and cafes. There are also a few supermarkets and water-sports. It has a front terrace with a sitting area to relax and enjoy a cocktail or a coffee, while gazing at the sea.

Our house is located on the lake of Ioannina, on Papandreou Avenue and is decorated with the most tasteful furniture. The bedroom is a space that offers ultimate relaxation. In the living room there is the sofa, the TV and the kitchen. The apartment is located on the third floor and there is no elevator. Pets are not allowed.
