Wow, we had an amazing stay at Villa Meraki and Andreas is the most helpful and accommodating host. Andreas was always quick to reply and answer any questions. Villa Meraki is a beautiful 2-bedroom villa in a peaceful location, a short walk from nearby restaurants, mini markets and Valtos beach. The villa is bright and airy, with modern décor and air-conditioning throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to make meals and eat in, and also has a good-sized BBQ in the garden. Andreas also helped us book a rental car cheaper than we could find online, and arranged for this to be dropped at the villa – he made every effort to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Thanks for having us Andreas, we would definitely love to come back again in the near future.

An incredibly beautiful house. Decor and furnishings were tip top and beautiful. So many gorgeous places to sit outside - to read, to eat, to snooze! The little pool was a glorious relief from the heat of the day…. It’s a good walk to and from gaios, quite steep in places, but we thoroughly enjoyed the reward of excellent coffee and juice each morning when we got there! Gaios is beautiful with loads of amenities- bakeries, butchers, supermarkets. The local support team of Adam and Keith were flawless, as was the lovely Leonora who cleaned part way through our stay. Joanne has created a stylish and comfortable home away from home and we loved it! Thank you Joanne!

Great place to stay; picturesque location 5 minutes from the harbour, responsive friendly host, good indoor and outdoor spaces, friendly cat! Good local bars and restaurants at harbour and beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days. Thanks.

the cottage is perfect escape from hectic city life. it is located in the end of village and there is so peaceful and quiet. we alsolutely loved it there. Stergios and his wife was very helpful and quick to respond our messages. would totally stay here again when i am in greece.

This place is an absolute dream! Perfect for a family getaway with kids. We were lucky enough to get good weather and enjoyed two beautiful sunsets at the property. The house itself is comfortable and beautifully furnished. The hosts were very flexible and let us check in early as well as late. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to be back.

Excellent location, cozy, very well equipped, clean, peaceful, breathtaking view. Location looks like in the photos. Beach is nearby, coffee shops and restaurants at each corner! Cannot rate Nikolas and his villa highly enough. It’s absolutely beautiful, in a stunning location with only the sound of nature in the distance. The villa was impeccably clean and well presented and immediately felt like home. The views of the mountains from the top of the olive groves provides views that you could never tire of! Nikolas was brilliant from the start, was incredibly responsive throughout and even helped us out with restaurant recommendations when we asked, even calling them himself to check they were open. He knew we were coming for my birthday and he even got a local cake for it - incredibly thoughtful of him, and added an extra special touch. We cannot wait to come back, thank you again Nikolas for everything.

I've rarely met a host as good as Ioannis. He responded to every single question, gave us contacts for hiking and rafting as well as great recommendations for local food and restaurants. He even called the contacts for us so we could make a last-minute booking and find out about hikes. His tips were worth their weight in gold, as we were there with 4 children and only 3 days. He was immediately and always available and very open to us.

helped us sort taxi transfers and a quick trip to the house from the airport and provided us with maps and information . wonderful outside area, beautiful plants and flowers. Lots of places to sit outside , including amazing summer house with TV. Lots of outdoor lighting to create the relaxing atmosphere. Complete kitchen with everything we needed, including some well needed cold bottles of water. Bedrooms large with lovely comfortable double beds.....slept perfectly. (for those who don't want a wake up call, there are church bells around 7am...didn't bother us!). Plenty of storage. A large sitting room with sofas but we did not need to use it as it was so hot we sat outside. Plenty of hot water, powerful shower and toiletries provided along with towels, which were changed for us half way. Nikkolos kept in touch with any help we needed. Amazing place and hope to return next October.

It was an ideal hospitality in a beautiful space! Ideal house and outdoor areas for families with children. The house is large and comfortable in the stay of many people with separate rooms, tasteful and well-groomed spaces. Lovely garden with swings and gazebo with BBQ in the orange lemon trees and a bunch of other beauties for carefree mornings and afternoon cafes in the trees.We will definitely visit it again for a summer holiday since the location is perfect for nearby bathrooms in the wonderful sea of Preveza.It was all beautifully clean and tidy and we had no difficulty in anything. Absolute tranquility in nature. Mr. Dimitris responded immediately to any questions we had. Helpful and welcoming. We strongly recommend it.
