very nice house in a beautiful spot. this was our second stay, and we already booked the third 😅

We had a wonderful family stay at the property. A beautiful peaceful setting. We loved the wood burning hot hub and the pizza oven. Gym was great, and games/family chill room was perfect for kids to have their own space seperate from the main living/dining area inside. Jack and Richard on hand and very responsive. Richard even popped over right away with fire lighters on night one when the previous guests had left an empty box which was very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very comfortable and very well-equipped. The trampoline, games, books, and comics delighted our daughter. Despite average weather, we were able to enjoy the garden, hot tub and hammam. The house is also located a stone's throw from the lively heart of Saint-Pair sur Mer with all its shops and three steps from the sea. We'll be back with pleasure in this nice house. Brian and Jeanette are the perfect hosts. If you want to be surrounded by nature and beautiful countryside this is a wonderful spot. The location is great, close to the coast and many interesting towns and villages. The local bar tabac is definitely worth a stop for a beer or coffee. There is plenty to explore but if you just want to relax then hanging out at Apple Tree Gites is a great option. We will be back.

We stayed in a lovely house, with a jacuzzi, the hosts were welcoming and the house was clean. We had a great time in this little relaxing corner. Thanks again for hosting.

Very nice accommodation, nicely decorated with a beautifully flowered garden, a nice pool during hot weather and a Nordic bath perfect for relaxing. Everything you need is available, and more. Caroline always responded to our messages very quickly and we really appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Thank you again so much:) We'd love to come back!

The extended weekend was magical, the hosts are welcoming, friendly and attentive. Special mention for the hearty breakfast, the soothing setting and Sophie's travel and outing recommendations in a very clear book. The information is useful and saves us valuable time. Sophie's husband is also very attentive and took all our requests into account. They ensure the smooth running of the spa on a daily basis. We rented the loft with a hot tub and it will be a memorable stay. Go for it, you won't regret it :)

Thank you for a wonderful stay in the cottage. A few days in the area were spent with our dog visiting Saint Malo, Mont St Michel, lunch in Saint-Suliac and a local walk along the river. We loved the pretty enclosed garden and enjoyed having our breakfast there whilst listening to the birds. We really appreciated the home from home feel, the comfy beds and the crisp white linens. Many thanks again Fiona for putting some groceries in for us, this was really very kind and very much appreciated. We would highly recommend a stay and would love to return in the future!

We were received very kindly by Dominique and warmly welcomed. The place was very loving and nicely decorated. The amenities were great.

Incredible little green oasis nestled not far from the center of Granville. The house is equipped with many games for children, the outdoor furniture is very rich (hammock, shell chair...) the bedrooms are spacious with a water point nearby. Check-in is simple, Sabine and Emmanuel are responsive. Pleasant accommodation with everything you'll need to have a good time with family and friends.

Where to start with this review.. this is hands down the best air bnb we’ve ever found and i’m so glad we came across it. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s absolutely stunning. Our dogs loved the garden which was fully enclosed. The interior had great attention to detail, the kitchen was amazing to cook in and we really felt so at home here. Location wise it was within perfect distance from everywhere we wanted to visit (Granville, St Malo, Mont Saint-Michel) and had fab amenities within 10-15 minutes. The closest bakery was a 3 minute car ride. One of our highlights were the neighbours who we feel deserve a special shout out - Lesley and Rene went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed it. They also gave us some great recommendations for dog walks, beaches and local markets. We’d of been lost without them, so thank you Lesley and Rene. Don’t think twice about booking this place! Amazing spot to unwind from the big wide world, two hounds loved it with great walks in mature woods on your door step, with beautiful surrounding country side. Everyone we met or interacted with was friendly and very helpful. Great local produce to be had so go find it as you will not be disappointed. Would not and will not hesitate to highly recommend and book again....

This place exceeded our expectations in so many ways that there are likely an insufficient number of characters to capture it. Sandra’s home and the surrounding area were more than welcoming. Having the ability to see Mont St Michel from the property during different times of day and weather conditions was amazing. There are lush fields to gaze over. We were fortunate enough to experience a sheep parade, not once but twice as they traveled down the narrow town road to pasture. The restaurant, literally a stone’s throw away, had food that was unbelievably good (as was the cider) and we easily could have eaten there every day. We saw goats on the walking trail that looks to loop around a significant radius, all with a view of Mont St Michel. The home was quaint and comfortable. Sandra was a joy to work with. We literally couldn’t ask for anything more. As I said, there are insufficient characters and you probably have better things to do (such as booking this place) than read any mor

Our third time at Farida and Gérard's and always a great pleasure to find the little house! We always feel so good there with a great welcome and everything you need to have a great vacation, we will come back a fourth time, that's for sure!

Fantastic and comfortable. The beds also were comfy. The area, immediate neighbors, etc, absolutely perfect.

We enjoyed staying at this Airbnb very much! The decor is great and you feel right at home. It was also great that there was a high chair and a baby bed, as well as toys. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect to live quietly and still be in a busier environment in 15 minutes by car. I also give the stay 5 stars because Lilli and Edouard were excellent at communicating and also their recommendations (especially the restaurant Comete!!) were great. We would gladly come back. The only thing you should know if you come with a baby and sleep on the first floor: The bed and the door squeak a lot, but as long as the baby doesn't mind that when sleeping, that's not a problem! what a lovely house, cozy room and kitchen, spacious bedrooms, lots of storage possibilities. All amenities are available and usable. Privacy. A great beautiful garden, well maintained and a beautiful view. The pool was lovely, good temperature so also usable in less weather. Taco is a super host. Friendly, and invisibly present to clean the pool and remove the trash bags. Good communication. The sights and towns are accessible by car. It's a few miles drive. We had a very nice and relaxed stay. Taco, thank you so much!

A lovely old property beautifully renovated, decorated and furnished, super-comfortable bed and lots of drawers - so unusual these days! Particularly liked the double basin in the bathroom - and yet more drawers beneath. Location is quiet which is good but means you can’t easily walk to shops or restaurants. But for getting to Dinan, Dinard, St Malo and the granite coast by car it’s very well situated. We had a lovely time - thank you to Valerie and Alan

You can see Mont Saint-Michel from afar, you can experience the pastoral style, the landlord is also very welcoming and friendly, it would be better if the curtains in the living room were completely blocking, the sunlight is really strong!

Joelle was very friendly, helpful and practically always approachable. The tips we got from her were very helpful. We would recommend Joëlle again and again! Another booking there would be possible.
