Really great , quiet little house with a large garden , parking space. Very well decorated and clean.

Talals place was a nice stay for our short trip. Only a 10 minute walk to the Metro made things very easy for us.

Nice and comfortable. There is a problem with parking. It may not be available in front of the house if you arrive late and you have a private car. This is the only observation.

I had a lovely stay at this place. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and as described. Mrs. Milka is a very welcoming, kind and respectful person. She really knows how to put people at ease and makes herself available if anything is needed. We immediately feel at home. Thank you again for your hospitality and kindness. Super comfortable and convenient place to stay!

David and Sonia’s place was great! The location is perfect—the train station is right across from the apartment and can get you to all the main points of interest in Paris in an hour or less. There’s also a grocery store and plenty of restaurants nearby. The place was clean and smelled great when we arrived. They also provide free tea bags and coffee pods, which was a nice touch. One of the most underrated features for me was the shower pressure—it was amazing! The apartment felt very safe and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and easy, and David and Sonia were responsive and friendly hosts. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

From the first interaction with Julien and from the first time we entered in the apartment, we can only say that all was more than perfect! We had beautiful days in Paris. We were in the apartment a little, so the size was no problem. It was the perfect size for 2 persons. Everything was very clean and everything smelled very clean. The key handover was also very friendly! The parking is in an underground garage, which is very narrow. We had a big car, but with a small car it shouldn't be a problem to park there. All in all, I highly recommend it!

I definitely recommend this place. We enjoyed our stay here. It is located within walking distance from public transportation. Being my first such experience of booking from Airbnb, I was pleasantly surprised it was all so easy and simple.

My stay was great. Everything was easy. They gave me all the facilities to access before check-in and to receive me in the apartment. The stay is quiet, safe, and easily accessible. Very close to a shopping center with everything you need, close to public transport that takes you directly to Gare du Nord and other metro and RER connections.

There's not much to say here. Both the apartment and François were simply great. I have rarely met a landlord like him who responded so quickly to questions, generally prepared everything so perfectly and proactively asked if everything was okay. We were completely satisfied.

It's always great to go back to Sandra's. Very clean studio, well-equipped, good location. Parking space is very nice. Sandra is very responsive and does everything to make your stay pleasant. I would highly recommend this studio.

My friend and I spent about 10 days in France and this was the perfect spot for an Airbnb. Literally across the street from the H train line which takes you right to Paris in about 15 minutes but the place was tucked away so you didn’t hear any noise from the streets. The place was super clean, felt like home, and was really cool to stay in and feel the Parisian-like atmosphere. There’s local spots where you can have breakfast, a delicious bakery close by, and markets too if you need to pick up a few items food wise. There’s also a general store where you can pick up items as well. The host was super responsive and super sweet. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The ONLY thing that we didn’t like was the upstairs neighbor could be a bit loud with walking around and talking etc. at night when we were trying to sleep. But, if you bring earplugs, that solves that problem quickly. Overall, highly recommended!

We had a lovely time at Christelle and Smail's apartment. The proximity to Paris was perfect. By public transport you were within 30 minutes in the center of Paris. We'd love to come back!

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.
