This unit is at the second floor. To get access to the room, you need to go through a long stairway. Ideally not recommended for anybody with super heavy luggage. We do not have elevator. My cousin and I stayed for two nights in June. The air conditioning was so refreshing and the bedding was light and comfortable, so we didn't sweat. We both agreed that the beds were one of the best parts of the stay .. !... I don't know what kind of memory foam they used, but I want to know so I can use it for my own bed! The creative decor was a great catalyst for some fun conversations. A record player, snacks, lounge games and books... all of this and more gave a feeling of relaxation after our long days walking the Tall grass paths in the Flint Hills. Everything was clean and welcoming. I highly recommend chosing this for your stay!

I’ve given a five star review because this was a fantastic place to stay in Emporia and we had a great time while we were there. Unfortunately the host was not available or reachable at the check in time we had agreed upon a week prior, and that 25 minute delay was stressful because we needed to be somewhere. But the beauty, size, and comfort of the apartment outweighed anything negative, and we would certainly stay again.

This was our second time visiting Paw Print Cabin for a weekend family getaway, and we hope to return again someday soon. The cabin had everything we needed for a comfy stay: comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, games to play as a family. The surrounding land was fun to hike through and explore. Our kids had a lot of fun playing by the creek, and we all had fun on several outings to nearby attractions (Tallgrass Prairie and Chase State Fishing Lake). We'd highly recommend Fur N' Feather's Paw Print Cabin, and look forward to coming back again in the future.

I loved the Loft! So special to get away from it all in a historic building. the space is small, but well equipped. Beautiful art adorns the wall, the bathroom was luxurious, the kitchen is small but well suited for a couple day retreat. I was there visiting for a bike race and spent a few days before the event outside of town, riding the course around Volland. The roads are stunning and the scenery was beautiful. Maddy was a great host and very easy to communicate with.

This little cabin is our home away from home. We have celebrated our 14th and 15th wedding anniversaries here and plan to be back for the 16th! The seclusion and privacy makes for real R&R. My husband loves being able to walk out and cast a line whenever he wants! I really appreciate a stocked kitchen cause I love to cook. Everything is super clean and comfortable. And you will sleep like a baby on that king size bed! I don't usually sleep well when we're overnight places but that's not the case at the cabin! Kendra is a great host, always responsive and helpful. 100% satisfaction here! Thank you, Kendra!
