Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Emporia

Laura was a great host! A few friends and I came to Emporia for a disc golf weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The property was within short driving distance to some of the best disc golf in Kansas. And we really enjoyed relaxing around the fire pit in the evening after a long day of disc. Would definitely stay again.

We came to do stuff for my twins birthday and this was cheaper than a motel and so much more enjoyable!! Very clean, very cozy and comfortable. Beautiful surroundings!!!! Anita was awesome and very friendly!! We would definitely love to stay again!!!!

ParkView house is so charming! Our family enjoyed having a cozy space to spend a little extra time together during our son’s wedding weekend. The home is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, yet convenient location. Christy has thought of everything with the little amenities this home offers. Wonderful host! Perfect house for a weekend getaway in Manhattan. Everything was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of space to hangout with a large group. Would definitely stay again!

I hope to return one day to Garnett and Ritas & Jeffs Rural Farm. We came in to attend Graham Cattlemen School, and this rural farm was like being on vacation, while also advancing our education. So relaxing, and peaceful. Lots of wildlife to enjoy and cattle. Home was very clean and beds were comfy.

Dana’s house was very nice and just what we needed for our family to stay together in for the night in Burlington! She was very helpful and responsive to my messages and questions. The home was clean and she communicated the details with me very well. The home was spacious for our family to be able to spread out and come together when we wanted to. Thank you Dana!

This was the perfect little getaway for the night for my daughter and I. It was so cozy and quiet and we had a blast playing all the available games. We both felt asleep watching movies on the giant couch it was so comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive and greeted us when we arrived and assured to reach out if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back!

I was in Manhattan for a KSU reunion and this was a perfect place for me. It was really clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Suzy was a great host and very welcoming. Highly recommend for a single or couple :)

Young was one of the best parts of our stay! The house itself was gorgeous, it was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. There was plenty of amenities, including towels/soaps, kitchen supplies, board games, books, and more. She even provided candies for us! We had 6 people during our stay, and we were cable to accommodate everyone. While the house was very nice, by far our favorite part of the weekend was getting to know Young and her husband! They were both so nice and greeted us with a smile whenever we saw them. She even gave us a bottle of Champagne, and brought us oranges in the morning. She was happy to help us however possible! I would recommend this place to everybody, clean house, perfect location (walkable to Aggieville and campus), and wonderful host! We can’t wait to come back and visit!

Great stay, moving across the country and needed a place to sleep for a night and was perfect, but also felt like I could have stayed longer.

Booking was incredibly easy and the host was very responsive from start to finish. The property is located just outside of town in the peaceful countryside, offering a relaxing overnight stay with the convenience of a quick return to town when needed. The area is spacious and well-kept, with a nice circle drive that made parking easy. We were traveling with our dogs, and they had plenty of room to roam. The nearby walking trail was perfect for a little outdoor time, and the presence of horses on the property added a charming, serene touch. One of the highlights of our stay was watching the gorgeous sunset—it was absolutely stunning and the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend, a perfect stop to rest and recharge. We’d definitely stay again!

Quite and easy to find.

Sherry was one of the best hosts we have had. She was very quick to respond if we needed anything and was genuinely concerned that we had a wonderful stay. You couldn't ask for a better host. Everything was exactly as described and shown. This was the most well outfitted place we have ever stayed. We cooked our own meals outside on the grill and inside the kitchen, everything we needed or could want was there. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows perfect. The towels were new and soft as could be. If I had to describe the whole thing in a word, it would be quality. It is obvious Sherry has a high standard for herself. I would stay here if I had business in Topeka or Manhattan. It is a short drive to both but the peace and quiet here is worth every mile. It was so quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. We saw deer, turkeys, and a Bald Eagle so yes, you are in the country here but with good internet! We highly recommend it.

The cabin had everything we needed for our 7 day stay. The grounds were great. Geese watching with goslings, heron, plenty of blue jays and even some cardinals. Went fishing one evening and caught some bass and blue gills. Violently friendly cats would stop by to say hello. The evenings were filled with frogs and crickets chirping. Very quiet and relaxing place. Dawn was very nice and responsive to inquiries.

Our hosts were awesome! we love the peace and quiet it was just like home! we highly recommend staying there for anyone that wants to experience the quiet farm life and be close to a town that is quiet and full of great people!

The cabin was exactly as described, and in a quiet, peaceful location. It was perfect for our needs, which included our two dogs. Jana, the host, was always prompt and friendly in responses to questions and requests. We would have no concerns renting again if we are in the area. Also, we would recommend to others without hesitation, which I believe is the best complement you can give.

This Grantville gem is a great get away. We would have loved to take advantage of the remote trails, screened in porch and quiet surroundings, but for us it was the perfect spot to group and re-group for our son's wedding in Topeka, just a short drive west. I would recommend this to anyone going near there, Mallory's communication is spot on. Thank you all for sharing your home.
