We had a really good time at this place. It was spacious, clean, and worked perfectly for our group. There were plenty of bathrooms, and the house had all the amenities you might need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was a big plus—especially the terrace and patio area with the big table, which was great for hanging out and having meals together. The location is honestly perfect—super peaceful, but just a short drive to Florence, great local restaurants, and vineyards. Also, there was tons of parking space, which made things super easy for us. Check-in was smooth and the host was really helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We (2 couples) had a wonderful time at the Lazy Oak Villa. The booklet in the house had great recommendations for dinner in Loro Ciuffenna. We did wine tastings at 2 family vineyards located very close to the villa- Morandi Organic Winery with Denis and Società Agricola Caspriano with Simona. Highly recommend both. One of our couples was celebrating an anniversary and Mario arranged for a chef to come to the villa and prepare a traditional Tuscan meal. It was beyond words! The pool was pristine and such a great bonus with the summer heat.

A beautiful home to base ourselves in while exploring Tuscany. Lovely country surrounds. House has everything you need, spacious. Gorgeous terraces and pool. Enjoyed Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena but always great to come back to our Tuscan home! Silvia gave fantastic recommendations - pasta making at Ristorante de Beppino and in house chef Beppe highlights. Also loved Monterosola winery tasting. Very highly recommend. One of the best!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem schönen Haus – alles war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Auch mit unserem Hund haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt, es war absolut hundefreundlich! Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Ein besonderes Highlight war der angebotene Pizzaabend – das war nicht nur super gemütlich, sondern auch kulinarisch ein echtes Erlebnis. Ehrlich gesagt, eine der besten Pizzen, die ich je gegessen habe! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder – absolute Empfehlung! 🌟

Posizione bellissima, immersa nel verde delle prime colline fiorentine, giardino e terrazza con vista splendida sulla città e tramonto. La casa è tenuta benissimo, con tutto il necessario e anche di più, come essere a casa. L’host è preciso, puntuale e molto disponibile, prima e durante il soggiorno. È veramente un posto magnifico che mi sento di consigliare a chiunque e nel quale spero di tornare !

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first experience in Tuscany and it did not disappoint. The house is very private, there is only 1 house behind it however from most viewpoints you cannot see it and we never saw anyone. Volterra is a beautiful medieval place that will make you feel like you are in a movie. An hour from Pisa, drivable to many many wineries in the surrounding regions, this air bnb is a perfect place to stay and we hope to return again.

An enchanting place. The villa is steeped in history and the gardens with a small amphitheater and a distant view of Siena are spectacular. Great location from which to explore the rest of Tuscany. My family and I have enjoyed our stay.

This place is fabulous. Margherita was responsive so quickly. We had a 11 people six adults and five kids. Loved the pool and hot tub. Margherita made reservations for us and suggested day trips. She even got a wheelchair for me for the Hill towns. Take advantage of their cooking. they did meals for us, which were fantastic. And even organized a birthday dinner for the three young girls. They did the birthday cake and even gave them a gift. It was fabulous. Don’t hesitate to book. We did day trips to Sienna, pisa,Luca, panzano, pienza and multipulciano. And two trips to the luxury mall.!Her parents are so helpful too. Olive oil and their wine is fantastic. The only regret I have is that we didn’t have extra days and spend the time right around villa. I think we would have really enjoyed the wine tasting and olive tastings. I would’ve stayed easily another week. Do take advantage of her massages too. My kids thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It exceeded my expectations!!!!! Ten stars!!!!!!

We just came back from a wonderful week in Tuscany. We chose Villa Margherita as base for a party of 8 with 2 kids, and we are so glad we did, what an amazing place! Your host Cristina is a very nice person, always reachable and immediately made us feel welcome and answered all questions we had. It helps that Lucca is such a magical place, but the Villa itself is even better than in the pictures! The house has been recently updated to the highest standards, and in fact I don't remember staying in a place with such an upscale kitchen. Bathrooms are luxury grade too, and the whole place is inviting and very confortable. The pool and ping pong table were a success with the kids, given it was hot when we were there. The place is next to the city's wall, so it is easy to walk to the city centre. There is a supermarket within walking distance, and easy access to the highway if you are touring Tuscany like us. Maybe the best Abnb I have stayed, I fully recommend it!

Laura was an amazing host and made sure we knew all the details of the house and was very responsive if we had a question. The house itself is gorgeous and so are the surroundings. Highly recommend staying here as a home base in the Tuscany area! We visited many surrounding cities as well as a winery 40 minutes south. We would also recommend the restaurant Nuevo Ranch right done the street! Wonderful!

A beautiful villa with exceptional views to the hills and valley. Various oudoor areas. Private location however close to sights and amenities. Cafes and restaurants not far however not walking distance, best accessed by own car. Electric bikes were available for sightseeing. Fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. Can warmly recommend.

The views from Janine’s villa are breathtaking and pictures don’t do it justice. It was so quiet and peaceful, a little slice of heaven. We visited with our two boys (5 and 10) who loved the pool and the spaciousness of the home and the grounds. Being so close to Panzano was the best perk because we were within a 7 minute drive to town for great restaurants, simple groceries, and pastries (as opposed to other villas that require a longer drive to get anywhere to eat/visit). A great base for exploring the surrounding area as well, and an easy day trip to Florence. There are excellent wineries within a 3 minute drive! Janine was a lovely, kind, and helpful host and gave us tips for local restaurants as well as places for our trip to Florence. It was very hot during our stay but the fans were enough to keep cool at night and we didn’t turn on the A/C. We stumbled across this little gem and if you’re lucky enough to do so as well, you will be swept up by the magic of the views and villa.

David’s place embodies elegance and tranquility. Beautiful interior with intricate touches. The backyard was huge and our pup enjoyed running around on it. It’s as described in the pictures. David was also a very kind host. Responsive to our questions and insightful when it came down to recommendations. Highly recommend to anyone considering booking!

Soggiorno splendido a Villa Vittoria, immersa nel verde alle porte di Lucca, città meravigliosa. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il campo da tennis e l'area palestra con vasca idromassaggio, perfetta per rilassarsi. Il campo da calcio e la piscina non li abbiamo usati, ma quest’ultima è davvero bellissima e ben tenuta. Massima privacy e tranquillità: ideale per staccare la spina. La villa è curata nei dettagli e gli spazi esterni sono ampi e silenziosi. Un luogo perfetto per rigenerarsi, che ci sentiamo di consigliare senza esitazioni.

Wow! Christina’s property is beautiful! The surrounding Tuscan hills make for a breathtaking setting, with wonderful views to the east and west for sunrise and sunset. We enjoyed drinking in the views from the terraces and while cooling off in the pool, which was a great size and bigger than we had imagined from the pictures. Watching the local swallows, who would soar overhead and drink from the pool, was a real treat. The villa itself was spacious, clean and thoughtfully decorated. Christina was a wonderful host, ready to greet us on arrival and to help us check-out, and responsive to all our messages. She even bought us a lilo for the pool when I asked if there was one! Christina had lots of suggestions of local things to do, from the best artisanal butcher from whom to purchase bistecca alla fiorentina, to where to buy the finest locally produced olive oil and Chianti. We hope to return, a real treat! Grazie mille, Christina!

We had an amazing four weeks staying at Bellagatta, using it as a base to explore Tuscany & surrounds, and it met all our expectations and more. Bellagatta is a positioned on a hilltop with stunning 360 degree panoramic views, more beautiful than the photos. The annexe that we stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable and well fitted out. Air con was useful on the first few days of our stay which were very hot. The property is well situated, 10 minute drive into Buonconvento (not quite an easy return walk up the hill!) which was convenient for restaurants & shopping. Gaetano was a most delightful host, very welcoming, & always taking interest in which towns we were travelling to and providing useful tips for our visits. His property manager, Susil, was also readily available and looked after us with anything we needed , even providing fresh eggs, vegetables & olive oil from the property. Highly recommended!

Authentic Tuscan countryside experience, with amazing views and excellent facilities. Well located if you want to explore all that Tuscany has to offer.

Cristiana and Mauro were the most friendly hosts. They made us feel immediately comfortable and set us up for a great stay at their wonderful home, offering some fabulous nearby dinner recommendations, as well as directing us to local grocery stores, and train stations for easy day trips into Florence, etc. The farmhouse is beautiful and brimming with character throughout, offering spectacular views over Vicchio. The private swimming pool is bigger than the photos suggest, and not too deep - the kids loved it. The hot tub allows you to sit back and drink in the peaceful Tuscan views. The sauna was a great touch, which we enjoyed throughout our stay, along with the pool table/games room. The outdoor terrace is large and great for a BBQ. The road leading up to the house is a fun drive - we rented a 4x4 (highly recommended if you are planning to stay here) that made it relatively comfortable. We loved our stay and would definitely like to return as there is so much more to explore there!

The place is even more magical than you can see on the photos, truly amazing stay that we will remember for the rest of our lives. We stayed with 5 and 7 year old, my wife was not a huge fan of panda ride, to me it was an adventurous ride every day that I enjoyed. The part that I did not enjoy was carrying suitcases after panda over a 2min hike through the woods, its uneven terrain, but its worth if you are staying for multiple days. Pack lightly for this place thats my advice. My kids enjoyed visiting donkeys every morning, the home had every possible thing you could imagine and someone spent so much time in the architecture of this place and it shows and you cant stop taking photos. In the evening, you can see a bunch of fireflights if you stay out, and we are still not sure if the view us more beautiful in the evening than morning, hard to say. There us a restaurant at the premise where host organizes dinners, food was incredible. The host is super nice and responsive! ⭐️⭐️⭐

Thanks Daniele for allowing us to stay in your home! The house is stunning and spacious- the azure room in particular is a dream! We loved the pool and the spectacular infinity views and all the greenery around the house. An easy 5 minute drive to Castelnuovo do Garfagnana for any supermarkets and a good base to explore the Apuan Alps. This house will have pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay! Highly recommended!

The villa is situated on the outskirts of Greve in Chianti. For us it was a perfect location - enjoy country views yet walkable to the town centre for restaurants and shops. Four double rooms, each with an ensuite/shower. Everything you need for a great time - swimming pool, terrace with built in BBQ. Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, large fridge freezer and large range cooker. Kitchen table was ideal as we could all fit round and it made the kitchen the social hub as we used the comfy lounge for those quieter moments. Definitely recommend. We would be happy to go back.

We loved our time at La Balza - such a picturesque, peaceful and relaxing stay! Alessandro and his parents were a pleasure to deal with and answered all of my questions very quickly. They were very hospitable and accommodating. The area surrounding Radda in Chianti is absolutely beautiful and we loved the easy access to so many different cities and small villages. Would definitely recommend. A+
