Absolutely wonderful place!! Reasonably priced, well located, SPACIOUS, and equipped with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect and I never wanted to leave!! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (not an issue and common for Florence), but occupies the whole top floor and then some. It’s extremely clean and MUCH bigger than the photos which was fantastic. The bedroom is nice and big and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus an oven but that’s fine). The bathroom is big too and well lit. There are windows dispersed throughout so it’s easy to get fresh air. This is the 8th Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Florence so far and it’s top of the list. Really just a great spot. Giacomo and his wife Valentina are extremely kind and communicate very well. Any time I had an issue (very few— mostly related to me locking myself out by accident) they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. TOP SERVICE, TOP STAY! Book this place!!!

This place was the perfect location to get to and from all the sites we planned to see and walk to. Her cozy apartment had everything that was needed for our short stay. The neighbourhood was friendly and it was quiet at night. As our second stop on our vacation, this set the standards high for our other stops and stays. We would recommend this Airbnb to other future travellers.

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

Wir haben uns hier zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war sauber und Fabio war stets erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Anlage inklusive Pool war sehr schön und die Nähe zu Meer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten perfekt, um voll und ganz entspannen zu können. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We had an amazing stay at Graziano’s apartment. It was spacious, full of light and very clean. We were received by his son Paolo who was very courteous and polite. we would definitely come back to stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone..

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Livorno. Die schöne Wohnung in einem gepflegten Haus liegt unmittelbar an dem schönen Park der Villa Fabbricotti und war für uns 2 perfekt. Die Piazza Grande mit dem Dom ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Viola hat uns tolle Tips gegeben für Restaurant. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank!!

Apartamento perfeito, muito bem cuidado e muito limpo! Giulia sempre pronta para nos auxiliar. Fizemos o check in a noite e Giulia estava lá para nos receber. Havia maneiro para deixar as malas após o check out o que facilitou nosso passeio! Voltaria muitas vezes sem dúvidas.

Nous regrettons de ne pas être restés plus longtemps chez Leonardo nous avons adoré son logement et sa vie imprenable. Le super accueil de Leonardo et sa disponibilité. Nous nous sentions chez nous et n’avions pas envie de repartir.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

Esperienza più che positiva, Elena host disponibile e premurosa. La casa è curatissima nei particolari, arredata con gusto. Il giardino è anch'esso curato con attenzione, pratico e riservato. Da ritornare !!!

Excellent! Our family was only here for one night but this was a great apartment. Near the train station and easy to walk around the city. We were surprised with some nice pastries and coffee which was great for our early morning flight the next day.

Tutto bene. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, luminoso e curato, sito in zona molto tranquilla, vicinissimo al lungomare e all’Accademia Navale (ottimo per i concorsisti). Eleonora è stata molto gentile e disponibile, la comunicazione puntuale e precisa, check-in e check-out facili e veloci. Consigliatissimo.

Nice scenary, quiet romantic Town, Nice small cafe beside the river. But what impress Me marco property I felt like Home right away. Secured electeric gate leaving Me no worries. Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in questa casa tenuta bene di nuova ristrutturazione e situata in una zone tranquilla . Francesco è stato molto accogliente e disponibile a fornirci consigli per quanto riguarda la scelta di ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.

Tuscan retreat = THIS. Set in a lovely, quiet area with gorgeous views of the landscape. Easy to get to Arezzo and only 1 hour from Florence. So many amazing local restaurants and Vineyards. The property itself has a traditional vibe to it. The kitchen is not well equipped, so just bare that in mind! minimal pots, pans etc. But otherwise looks exactly like the photos.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum! Wir hatten eine schöne, erholsame Zeit bei Deborah. Der Pool und die Lage ist toll und Deborah gibt super Empfehlungen, ist total warmherzig und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Und hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir nochmal wiederkommen möchten!

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

Wir waren zum Saisonausklang zu Gast in dieser wirklich schönen Gegend und haben uns vor Ort direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Die alte Ölmühle und unser Appartment ist großzügig gestattet, entsprach der Beschreibung, die dargestellten Fotos sind in der Realität sogar noch besser. Es war alles sauber, alle Gerätschaften haben funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der große Pool ist ein echtes Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt, insbesondere der Kinder, sehr aufgewertet. Der Empfang vor Ort klappte reibungslos und wurde im Vorfeld sehr gut vorbereitet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen - das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top! My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.
