Adjacent is a spacious living area with a futon double bed (160x200cm) and two sofas. There are two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other offers a comfortable king-size bed. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. The same goes for public transportation (bus 2 min, subway 4 min, S-Bahn 10 min), Oktoberfest, the traffic museum, and the beautiful trade fair park. (Maximum occupancy 6 people)

Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

In-law apartment with about 34 square meters in a detached house, where the owners also live. Extremely quiet location, since there is no thoroughfare. Separate entrance from the outside. 7 min. walk to the S-Bahn. 25 min to Munich Central Station. 3 min. walk to the shopping center (supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser...). 5 min. walk to the city center of Fürstenfeldbruck. We also speak English and French. Non-smoking. No pets. Due to the current situation, surfaces and doorknobs are regularly disinfected.

There is a Lidl, a pizzeria with a beer garden and even a small swimming lake as well as a leisure facility with a football pitch in the immediate vicinity. Beautiful excursions such as Lake Ammersee or Wörthsee with many leisure activities can be found about 20 minutes away by car. To Lake Starnberg about 35 min.

Free parking is available. Just a few minutes away, you will find beautiful nature and a bathing lake!

Unusually personal. Relax in this unique and quiet place to stay. You live right by the river in an old Art Nouveau villa. The apartment is very spacious and still has a small Stüberl with a direct view of the Amper. Munich is only 25 minutes away by S-Bahn train and you can go to the FFB train station by bus or car, or you can walk the 1.3 km. There is plenty of parking - in the street, right in front of the door. Restaurants and shopping is in walking distance.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

The modern holiday apartment 'Josef' is located in Gilching and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 105 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and induction cooker, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. Children's books and toys, a baby cot and a high chair are also available on request.
