This lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bath home has just been fully remodeled inside & out. Bedroom 1 has a king bed & TV. Bedroom 2 can be set up as either a king bed and 2 singles, or 4 singles. The living room has queen sleeper & 50" TV. Kitchen has a range, microwave, refrigerator, & dishwasher. The bathroom has a large vanity & glass-walled shower. Most doors are 36” for better accessibility. Porch is great for relaxing. Conveniently located just 2 blocks south of downtown & less than a mile off I-70.

Whether you are here for the State Fair, passing thru on the trail or the highway come stay and rest at our place. We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the east entrance to the fair as well as 0.5 miles from the Katy trail. We have a cozy two bedroom unit that can fit 4 adults and a kid on the couch. Hungry? We are located one block away from Sonic, Subway, two Mexican and a Chinese restaurant. McDonald’s, Burger-King, TacoBell, Dominoes and Pizza Hut are less than a mile away.

**New Beautiful Flooring throughout **If you're looking for a quaint, comfy space right in town this is it! Great for girl's weekend to visit family and enjoy the local shops. Hunters heading to Grand Pass Conservation area have plenty of room to park the truck and boat. Fitzgibbon Hospital and Saline County Fair Grounds are a 4 min. drive. Come enjoy our log home! This home was built as a model log home. It has its own charm and beauty and is a great place to unwind if you don’t mind some road noise. High speed internet is available. The property is convenient and easily accessible, with a large parking area, although being next to I70 it is not quiet and secluded, expect road noise.( ear plugs and white noise machines are provided.)

Our stay was peaceful, beautiful, and full of thoughtful touches! The downstairs space was spacious, spotless, and looked brand new—extra blankets, stacked towels, beach towels, and even a relaxing steam room made it feel like a retreat. Lonnie was so kind—she gave my daughter food to feed the goats and the girls food for the koi fish, which was magical to watch! The scenery was breathtaking, with gorgeous hiking trails and adorable animals. Though there was a double-booking, Lonnie generously refunded us and let us leave early, which we deeply appreciated. Communication was a bit delayed, so I recommend bringing your own lighter, and requesting wood before hand and clarifying who’s staff vs. other guests. If you’re sensitive to diverse beliefs, know this space honors multiple paths. Overall, a truly special stay—we left refreshed and full of beautiful memories! The donkeys are hilarious and the goats so cute! We loved that they just hang out in the property and you can pet them!

Our stay at Ms Ada’s was one of the most memorable weeks we have had and certainly the most extraordinary short term rental we have ever stayed in. The decor and attention to detail is impeccable. The fridge had a wide selection of drinks and frozen food choices. The cabinets even had a selection of soups and many other things if needed since the 2 local restaurants are open very limited hours. We did not want to venture off the property much as it was so peaceful from the front porch swing to the back patio dining area. The beds! Such fantastic mattress and linens for both king sized beds. Staying in this home was such a treat in every way. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and she could not have been more helpful. Arrow Rock is a very special place on its own but this home created an even more special memory for our family and friends.

Beautiful property. Wished we could have stayed longer but it was a last minute reservation on our way back home. Very responsive host. Couldn’t have asked for more. The pool was perfect and some very friendly dogs were there to hang out. Has a grain bin set up with blackstone and smoker as well as charcoal grill. Perfect for any one who loves to cook

My family and together with our Fur babies had a great time staying at Luke's place. The house is very cozy and peaceful. We have met a neighbor (Rachel) and she is very sweet. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. Would definitely book Luke's place in the future.
