We were so pleased with our accommodations at Club Donatello. The beds were super comfortable with awesome sheets. It was very quiet, day and night, and the entire room - the entire hotel, actually - was immaculate. Although Covid restrictions meant no coffee was being served on the club level, it was unexpectedly lovely up there with a large wrap-around terrace. Meimei was extremely responsive and helpful. I have already recommended this airbnb to friends and definitely plan to be back.

We have stayed in a unit like this before but this unit had nicely updated furniture! love the apartment size and main floor with balcony. Michelle gave very good instructions for check in. We left something behind and Ladonna at the front desk was very kind and went out if her way to save the day!

This place is very quaint and also in a good central location to get buses and food. We enjoyed the responsiveness of the host since we had some issues with our toilet flushing, and the cleaning staff was also very nice. They also provided a good amount of amenities that made things easier, like soap and plastic forks, even water in the room and the lobby. I would recommend people to stay here. The room is definitely older, but we had a pleasant stay.

The host was very helpful and our stay was very nice. A great option if you’re ever in the area.

We have visited SF innumerable times over the last 20 years, and this was the best rental experience to date because of the views, walkability, sleeping and living spaces, and kitchen. We have a baby and dog, and we drove in — so the allotted parking space was convenient and valuable. The host is proactively engaging and responsive to inquiries. We weren’t missing anything. We visited for a wedding weekend and needed to rest and nurse a hangover on Sunday, and the expansive views and walkability to healthy food plus big TV aided in a quick recovery! When we first arrived, baby immediately got in the bathtub, and we were able to get settled in with the living and sleeping spaces and kitchen the kitchen organized while she played. Everyone was friendly, and we felt safe despite being in the crowd of fisherman’s wharf — we kept gawking at the Ferris wheel. And we were able to hop aboard a random boat ride because we were so close!

We had a pleasant stay here. The hotel was clean and comfortable—nothing fancy, but it served its purpose well. There are quite a few small, casual restaurants within walking distance, which made it easy to grab a quick bite. We also enjoyed a movie at the nearby theater and spent some time at a cute little park close by. Overall, a solid option if you’re looking for something simple and well-located. It is about 45mins away by car to the small Napa villages.

I would definitely stay here again, it was very quiet and close to lots of places to go around although the buildings are hard to find without the numbers but other then that it was great

It was a great stay with a very good location. Breakfast was included and was excellent. The rooms are extremely clean since it’s a hotel. You can also cook your own meals. Plus, we didn’t have to clean everything before leaving, which was a nice convenience since it’s a hotel.

Very convenient stay since I had a convention to attend downstairs. Pleased the room was as described.

Cute little studio/hotel room that was surprisingly spacious. The kitchen had more space than expected, everything there was exactly how it was pictured. Check in with front desk went well, no issues. 15 dollar parking fee will be charged. The unit was tucked in the back and upstairs so it felt safe and private. Comfort of the bed was just a tad too hard for my preference but my friend didnt mind. Everything you needed was there. Check out was easy too.

I only had the complaint that they housekeeping people were not very responsive on bringing coffee and creamer. I requested it a couple times, and it took a couple days to get it. Other than that, this worked out really well.

Great Hotel, loved it. Very comfortable rooms with micro and fridge, clean, friendly staff, quiet. Has the gym, pool. Been there twice. Will be back.

We spent 2 nights here with a baby and toddler. The family room was cute, clean, and conveniently located to the bathroom, kitchen, and lobby. It was pretty rainy during our stay so we spent a lot of time in the lobby area - there is a great view, a stack of kids books, and some games. Our toddler keeps talking about the huge shared kitchen. We did go down to the beach for a walk and also hiked the Muddy Hollow trail - we saw elk, quail, other birds, lots of banana slugs, 2 lizards, and scat from a variety of other mammals. If you want to explore Point Reyes, this is the place to stay. Bring your groceries so you can hike and then hang out at the lodge and don’t have to go back into town.

This place was truly a dream to stay at. The property was beautiful and it was walking distance to all of the wedding activities we had. Charese was also an amazing host and checked in on us to make sure we were able to check-in okay and subsequently made sure everything was going well. She was incredibly responsive and was there if we needed to call. I would definitely recommend and will come back to explore what we missed. There was just so much and not enough time to do it! Thank you so much for such wonderful hospitality!

Had an issue checking in and the reservation wasn’t showing in their system. Took a bit to get in touch with the host, but was able to get everything sorted out in the end. Very nice hotel and staff were very helpful.

The host and co-hosts are helpful and responsive. The stay was comfortable and all the amenities listed were provided. The front desk receptionists were open to questions and has provided helpful information on how to navigate the area and spots to check out.
