I booked Michael's place for a visiting relative, whose plans kept changing. In the end my relative did not actually stay at the AirBNB, but I'm adding this review to show that our experience of the booking and communications was only very positive. Michael was patient in adapting to our changing plans and very clear in communications.

Great location, super nice little garden around the cottage, with outdoor hangout spots. Market, bar, restaurant and breakfast spot walking distance. Nice getaway.

Beautiful spot in Oakland surrounded by natural beauty. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Lisa was very attentive and accommodating.

Great host that is very accommodating, easy to get to, and excellent amenities for a longer stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet with great views, good food, and affordable transportation nearby.

This was my second visit at this special spot nestled in the hillside with a gorgeous view of a big oak tree and a deck for morning coffee . Private and quiet and great location for a hikes at Tennessee Valley or day trip to Stinson Beach. Ecuador coffee in walking distance. I look forward to returning again.

Michelle is a great host and the cottage was lovely! The garden is gorgeous and there are lots of places to relax outside. I felt very welcome and taken care of! It was not an issue for me at all, but the location is a little ways out from the action and there is not a lot close by. On the plus side, it’s relatively quiet, cozy, and relaxing! I enjoyed the hot tub both mornings I was there! Overall , a very pleasant experience!

We loved our stay at Cynthia and Glen’s Victorian home! The back yard is the ultimate gem for me. Just so beautiful out there. The charm inside the house was magical. And the host was so responsive! We had an internet issue and she reached out to comcast right away and stayed in touch with us until it was fixed. The binder of helpful hints and local restaurants was great too. We tried and loved a couple of the recommendations and went to the local farmers market too!

Amazing space in very charming neighborhood. I was welcomed upon arrival and made to feel right at home. I highly recommend staying here and hope to again myself.
