Allan's apartment is amazing, the view is beautiful and is very reminiscent of Faria Lima, it is very close to anything you need, I hope to be able to return more often!

Delicious apartment, pleasant, comfortable, technological, magnificent sunset view, quiet, high floor, free parking available, coffee maker, barbecue, all imaginable utensils available on site, restaurants and cafeteria within the condominium complex itself. We rented to go to the American consulate, which is just a 4-minute walk. The stay was excellent, too bad it only lasted 1 day.

This space is AMAZING... to the smallest details, it conquers everything. Any qualification is below what it represents when we are hosted. As for the HOST, what an INCREDIBLE person, REQUESTS... I will return a thousand times. I loved it

Very nice apartment with a very good location too! Easy check-in and a very welcoming and attentive host. Just an important note: depending on the route you take, the GPS may direct you through the favela.

The name (delícia) lives the house, which is a real delight, a special place. I felt inside the forest literally. I loved my daily backyard visitors, such as birds, marmosets, quatis etc. Rafaela is super kind, polite and patient. I highly recommend it.

The place is really wonderful and very spacious, the photos are not able to reproduce how amazing the place is, and the host Leticia was super kind and helpful throughout the stay. I celebrated my birthday with some friends and highly recommend the space!

Airbnb matches very well what is shown in the listing photos. It is a small building in the back of the host's house, which has three floors. It occupies the entire first floor, which is lower than the street. Access is through the host's garage, then through a side corridor, and then 13 steps of stairs. There is no elevator. The host lives on the second floor of the house and is always available. Access to Airbnb is restricted to the people listed on the reservation. During our stay the washing machine was broken but there is a self-service laundry a few meters from the Airbnb. The yard is quite spacious and the atmosphere is airy. The kitchen is very well-equipped, we had no difficulty cooking lunch. The TV is large and is connected to a stereo complete with three speakers.

Nice accommodation, the environment is exactly as shown in the photos. The host, Rubens, was extremely polite and proactive, pointed us to places and restaurants and was flexible with check-in and check-out times. Recommended for families looking for space and a quiet location.

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

Without words to describe how nice it was to spend the carnival at Malu's house. All tidy, clean sheets, house was spotless and in person is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Communication with Malu was the best experience I had with Airbnb, I felt that she treated me like a friend, always worried and super helpful. I loved the house and the Malu is a 1000. Thank you Malu for the fantastic days at your home.

I loved the accommodation. Clean space and very well used with the furniture and layout that was assembled. Ideal for 2 people, max 3 if you are a child and sleep on the sofa bed. The kitchen makes it easy for you to prepare small meals. As breakfast and/or a simple dinner (that uses few utensils and pots). Very comfortable bed. Clean bathroom, good size and well equipped (offers hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap. And an amazing card). There is a very good market next door (3-minute walk). Easy to get uber. For those who go to Transamerica, it's very close (about 10 minutes by car in Max - without traffic). For Congonhas airport, it is also close. elE to the Barra Funda terminal (about 30 to 40 minutes by car, without traffic). The condominium is very nice The well-equipped gym. The well-educated staff. Would recommend your stay

Great location for those going to the Albert Eistein stadium or hospital. Clean, organized and very complete apartment, especially in the kitchen utensils. Fantastic leisure area. The only observation is that the apartment faces the street, so it is natural that there is noise from cars and buses.

Very small space, but for one person's stay and for the amount charged it's worth it. Very quiet neighborhood. Clean, nice, comfortable space. The bathroom is missing a hygienic shower.
