The house has a Loft style, accommodates 1 couple in a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen with wood stove and cooktop in the same room, all private to the couple. We accept up to 2 small and medium-sized pets. The pool is shared with 5 other houses. 4 of these options accommodate a couple and 1 accommodates a family of up to 6 people. We have Day Stay Couple from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Come as a family to this little corner, on a very quiet and small street, where all the residents know each other; located 3 minutes from the Santo Eduardo shopping center, where you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, lottery house and ITAU, etc.; 3 minutes from the bus stop that takes you to the lilac line subway, where you can transfer without paying a fare and take about 15 minutes; 3 minutes from the buses that take you to Embu das Artes, Vila Sônia subway, Pinheiros and Taboão (yellow subway line).
