We love the house, we'll be back for sure! The house is huge, cozy, several rooms, huge pool, wide party room, house with a fantastic structure! The swimming pool gets a nice temperature, it's not cold, perfect size, huge! Each room has its bathroom, very comfortable beds and beds, good showers, windows with mosquito screens. Kitchen equipped with utensils, appliances, dishwasher, water filter. There's orchard in the house, we harvested fruit every day, it was a different experience for the kids! House within condominium in Nova Fazendinha, quiet place, market, shops nearby. The only suggestion we would give is to add lighting facing the pool that turns dark at night.

Super cozy house, all rooms were impeccably organized and clean. Bathrooms very well clean and equipped as well. Giant and super well equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils for full meal preparation. The accommodation is very modern and elegant. There is total privacy during the stay, (no homeowners or something similar). Checkin and checkout were very practical and host Carol was super attentive and helpful from booking to checkin. No doubt we will return to this amazing location. The photos faithfully correspond to the site. Be very careful of baby use items, very well prepared. The village had available up to a feeding chair. It was perfect! The green area is perfect for rest.

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

Our lodging at Ricardo's house was impeccable, house is beautiful and comfortable, well-equipped we don't miss anything. I took my little dogs who felt at home too! the house is really old, but super accommodates for an amazing weekend. The house has few utensils, but we took ours and everything went well. The road has a small ascent that needs maintenance, but we ordered uber several times and they arrived quietly. The swimming pool is deep, but I with 1.57 managed to get in and the children take buoys to keep the fun guaranteed. Super recommend the site despite the problem with the small part of the road
