Apartment exactly as in the photos, clean and well located. All new and tidy:towels and sheets; full cleaning supplies; glasses, plates and cutlery. We have nothing to complain about. Excellent apartment.

The stay was great. The host gave us clear instructions and the arrival was very smooth. For us who went to the show at Morumbi Stadium, it was the best possible option! Flawless accommodation. We recommend it and will be back.

We were in three couples and the house surprised us positively! We expected two double beds and a sofa bed, but we found three bedrooms with super comfortable double beds, in addition to the children's bedroom and one more bathroom — that is, much more space than advertised. Everything clean, organized, well-equipped kitchen and wonderful outdoor area: barbecue, a spa with hot and cold sauna and a jacuzzi with perfect temperature for relaxing. The stay was impeccable and would be back for sure!

Mr. Luiz was a great host. Cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Everything clean and organized. Although the house is on the same land we had privacy and our pet was super comfortable even with the presence of the host's dogs on site, they are all super docile. We hope to return at a next opportunity!!!

Since the beginning of our contact with Paulo, he has been very attentive and kind, making indications for the days of our stay at the house . We were personally received in a differentiated manner and remained available throughout the stay. The house is better than the photos look. Super comfortable, with many utensils and condiments available for our use as airfry, coffeemaker, crockery and spices. A very cozy home. Indico a lot and would come back more often.

We really enjoyed our stay at João's. It's a beautiful and very large place. There were only 7 adults, and it was possible to separate 1 couple per room, which made the stay even more comfortable. The pool water is warm, very nice, that made all the difference, because everyone really enjoyed the pool. The caretaker is very kind, and not at all arrogant. He made us very comfortable, allowing us to make the most of our stay without invading our privacy, or filling our heads with rules.

The location is excellent. Close to the mall, great restaurants and a quiet neighborhood. The building has a great structure for receiving pets. My dogs were super comfortable, they enjoyed it a lot. Daniel, the host, was very responsive. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped! My husband and I liked it very much and we will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved having the little grocery stores nearby. We appreciated having AC and fans in the bedrooms.

Ana and her daughter Vitória were amazing hosts! We were a family of 7 and there was plenty of room for more people. Their home is beautiful and very well kept. They are very kind people and we can’t wait to come stay at their property again!

Our stay, in relation to the apartment was great, we had to leave before because our purpose was to stay close to my father who was admitted to Albert Einsten Hospital, but as unfortunately he died, we left before. What I mean is that we didn't have a pleasant stay for the psychological conditions we were facing.

We had an amazing stay at Maurilio’s apartment! The modern design is beautiful, and the apartment looks exactly like the photos, if not better. It was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed. Maurilio was an outstanding host, extremely friendly, responsive, and flexible. His fluency in English was a huge plus for us as we don’t speak Portuguese, and he made everything easy and stress-free. Initially, we rented the apartment for a week, but we loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay for the next few months. The location, comfort, and Maurilio’s excellent hospitality exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting São Paulo!
