We loved the stay at this place, the photos really don't match the beauty because the place is absurdly beautiful, we were very surprised when we got there. The hostess is a sweetheart, she helped us and was present at all times providing assistance during the stay.

The stay was perfect! We spent a wonderful weekend in this real MANSION in cotia. The communication with the hosts was great and the home is extremely comfortable and well-equipped. We will definitely be back more often. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at João's. It's a beautiful and very large place. There were only 7 adults, and it was possible to separate 1 couple per room, which made the stay even more comfortable. The pool water is warm, very nice, that made all the difference, because everyone really enjoyed the pool. The caretaker is very kind, and not at all arrogant. He made us very comfortable, allowing us to make the most of our stay without invading our privacy, or filling our heads with rules.

We love our stay in Chácara, we feel outside of São Paulo without having to move a lot. The space is very large, both external and internal, the house is huge. The rooms had good sizes and comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped, with many utensils and appliances, many dining equipment as well. Many common environments in the house made a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The pool was available and bigger than it looks on the pictures. Gi was an excellent host, cleared all our questions quickly.

I want to thank Thaise on behalf of our family for Thaise who attended us with great affection and helpfulness,we were very well accommodated, quiet place,close to the BBB outlet,and several businesses,no doubt at any next opportunity, we will be staying at the house again. A magical place, very quiet and very pleasant. All the spaces of the house have a lot of personality and transmit a very positive energy. We love all the spaces in the house, comfortable beds, the hammocks and especially the lighting. It didn't even feel like we were in a home. The common environment, where the kitchen is, has large windows/doors, overlooking the pool and the entire green area surrounding it. We even spent some time watching the monkeys transiting through the trees. Another very interesting point of the house was the hot tub, which sealed our days of rest and comfort in it. I can't help but talk about our host. We were very welcomed by Roberta, a very considerate person who provided us with all the information and guidance we requested and provided full support while we were staying there. It's definitely a very welcoming, family atmosphere. I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to be able to disconnect a little, relax, and be in touch with the nature. I will definitely be staying there again.

Ideal location for a family, it was a positive surprise, we found the house better than in the photos, lots of vegetation, board games, very good Wi-Fi, vinyl records to kill the longing. We went with 2 puppies and the place is safe for pets, the only point of attention is if your pet is small, it may be able to escape through the gate if it is very clever. Take the basics as advertised, the house is super close to the city center so if you forget something it's easy to buy. It's a place to rest and relax.
