Sergio muy atento y pendiente de que pasáramos una buena estancia. Amable, cercano, disponible para cualquier necesidad. Respuesta rápida ante cualquier consulta. La casa tal cual como se describe. Acogedora, menaje abundante, espacio confortable para todos los huéspedes.... todo genial!

Mar estuvo pendiente de todo en todo momento, muy amable, aunque llegamos más tarde de lo planeado no nos puso ningún problema ¡gracias! La casa es tal como se ve en las fotos, zona muy tranquila y a 5 minutos del pueblo. Si buscas un sitio tranquilo para desconectar y estar en la naturaleza sin duda es ideal. El único "pero" es que la valla de la finca necesita arreglos y no pudimos tener sueltos a los perros sin estar pendientes de ellos, pero tampoco acompañaba el tiempo para que estuvieran fuera de casa. El apartamento es tal y como se describe. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Llegamos de noche y la estufa estaba encendida y se estaba genial. Ambiente acogedor y perfecto para pasar unos días con familia y/o amigos. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Logement à proximité d’une station de métro et à 20 minutes du centre de Madrid. Logement situé dans un quartier calme et avec un petit centre commercial et des restaurants à proximité. Également un parc idéal pour les familles et enfants. Logement assez spacieux et agréable avec le patio. Seul problématique pas de parking gratuit si vous êtes en voiture. Je recommande fortement ce logement et Juan qui est un hôte très réactif et avec de précieux conseils.

Great private home in Madrid, perfect walking distance to many local eateries and markets. Host was very responsive and attentive to our needs!

la casa es muy cómoda

la casa genial, mucho mejor que en las fotos, tiene mogollón de patio. Fuimos a pasar un fin de año allí un grupo de 9 personas y estuvimos como en casa, teníamos mucha intimidad y al no haber muchas casas cerca pudimos estar dentro de la casa con música sin problema de molestar a ningún vecino. Camas comodísimas con un montón de mantas que se estaba súper calentito. Marco y su familia muy amables, volveremos sin duda en verano para poder disfrutar del patio y la piscina

Nuestra estancia en la casa de Carmen ha constituido una experiencia inolvidable. Carmen es una anfitriona perfecta y cuidadosa, y ha sido tremendamente amable y paciente con nosotros. La casa es como en las fotos, ideal para una estancia en medio de la naturaleza. La localización y los parajes circundantes son increíbles. El emplazamiento es ideal para quien busca la tranquilidad, aunque también hay cerca muchas posibilidades de entretenimiento y diversión. La casa está perfectamente mantenida y no falta de nada. Muchas gracias, Carmen, no vemos el momento de volver.

Four of us stayed happily at this house. The house itself and the location were perfect. We would happily return.

I had such an incredible stay! Even in the heart of the city, it was extremely quiet and peaceful. I loved the outside terrace. Honestly it's the best place I've ever stayed in Madrid! I am looking forward to going back! Highly recommend! You can tell it is furnished and taken care of with love.

El apartamento nos resultó muy práctico, llegamos con facilidad y pudimos guardar el coche toda la estancia ya que la comunicación con el centro es buenísima con el metro. Todo estaba correcto, limpio y preparado para usar, con mucho menaje en la cocina. Ambiente agradable gracias a la calefacción que funcionaba perfectamente. No lo usamos por el clima pero vimos que tenia también aire acondicionado en los dos pisos. Tiene una terraza que hubiera sido genial pero el tiempo no nos acompañó y la lluvia nos impidió usarla. Considero importante destacar que las ventanas no tienen persiana todas con lo cual entra luz al amanecer. Esto según gusto puede ser un punto a favor o en contra pero creo que es importante saberlo.

Maria and Jesus were so friendly and helpful. Their place is lovely. Clean. Central. I would really recommend it.

The unit was in a great location! It was very walkable to numerous restaurants, city attractions, and the Metro. The unit was as described and clean when we arrived. Clara was very responsive and provided helpful maps and local recommendations. I would recommend this host and unit for future stays.

The apartment was beautiful and with an amazing location close to nice restaurants, Puertas de Alcalá and Parque de el Retiro. My family and I had a great experience with the apartment which was very nicely decorated, clean and spacious for families. It was our first time in Madrid and we couldn’t have chosen a better location and apartment. I highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling with family. Thank you Azu & Dani for hosting us. Excelente lugar, muy buena ubicacion, muchos servicios alrededor. De facil acceso al transporte publico y en coche. El apartamento impecable, limpio, super agradable, todo de primera. El lugar super tranquilo. Los anfitriones siempre en contacto y muy pendientes. Super recomendable.

Very good value for money, with a good view and a nice overall atmosphere. The full-size kitchen was a great bonus, making the stay even more convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Nati was a great host. She met with us the morning that we arrived and covered all relevant/important information regarding the lodging facility, area, transportation options...etc. We enjoyed the location and learned quickly how to use the local transportation options (metro, bus service, taxi service...etc..). The location was quiet at night and we felt comfortable regarding all amenities provided in the apartment.

tl;dr: we had wonderful stay at Judith/Tamara's place, everything was just perfect. Longer version: the apartments are in a quiet and nice neighborhood, exactly as described and shown in the photos. They are clean and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four. Tamara met us upon arrival, provided step-by-step guidance, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Logement parfait pour visiter Madrid. Helena et Ra sont attentifs et répondent à toutes vos sollicitations.le Métro 5 et au piété du logement et donne accès à toute la ville en moins d’une heure pour les destinations les plus éloignées. La chambre et la literie sont très confortables et permettent un repos réparateur après une journée complète de visites. Il existent de nombreux restaurants à des prix convenables à proximité. Lés équipements sont fonctionnels et répondent les besoins indispensables. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.

Carlo’s apartment was very well maintained and centrally located within walking distance to all the sites and museums we wanted to visit. The apartment was very spacious, we never felt crowded and the eight of us had no problems falling asleep. You can make a quick breakfast in the kitchen or go out for breakfast! Highly recommended!
