Lovely cottage, very comfortable and well-equipped, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Peaceful rural area with some nice walks and local wildlife around. The pool and jacuzzi were also super clean and a great addition. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fabulous stay at The Broch. The accommodation is immaculate and has everything you need. David was on hand to answer any queries and got back to us immediately when questions asked. The swimming pool was amazing also and our little boy absolutely loved it - fab that you get slots to yourself. The only thing we would suggest was possibly blinds in the living/bedroom area. Because the building is all glass, it’s was uncomfortably warm inside and it was quite difficult to sleep! Minor thing for such a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning with the rest of our family. Highly recommend and well worth the money.

This was our third visit to the cottage and we returned mostly because our autistic son loves it but also because it’s just lovely. Spotless doesn’t cover it, everything was pristine and it always smells lovely. The shower is fab, I could’ve stayed in it for days. Access to the swimming pool every day you’re there is great, an hour to yourselves in a warm pool. But what makes this place even more special is the staff. We broke down on our way and Edward offered to collect us and because we were being collected, we were offered a 12pm check out. Going the extra mile for guests is not what you see all the time and it helped us immensely. The host and staff are genuine, lovely people. Our son loved it again and we will definitely be back again. Maybe on the bus this time but we’ll be there 😂

A lovely cottage in a fantastic rural location. The rooms were all a good size and very clean. The cottage had everything you could possibly need.

Lovely homely cottage with everything we needed. Dog friendly but couldn’t tell dogs have stayed previously. Great open fire and the best shower we’ve ever used!

Susan was an attentive host. The bedrooms were beautiful and we had fantastic sleeps in cozy beds - that is so rare, but so important. The area was lovely. A great stay.

Almost everything exceeded expectations, lovely clean cottage, ideal for our 4 day stay. Comfortable bed, chairs , really good kitchen. Street parking was tight, but we had had that explained before arrival. Only down feature, was the shower, which was too small for us to comfortably access and use.

Only stayed for a few days, it was a trial run with a young puppy and we have never been on holiday with a dog before. The enclosed garden was fantastic for our young Cocker spaniel, he had plenty of room to run around in and was safe and secure. We found some brilliant walks nearby one being approx 1 - 2 miles away at the Dolphin Centre and another at Forest Winding Walks. We also visited Cullen which is nearby and has a lovely beach. The accommodation was beautifully presented, very clean and comfortable and the added extra touch of bread, milk, jam, tea bags, coffee and cleaning products we're much appreciated and a kind gesture. Louie our pup was very happy with the doggy biscuits, bowls and blanket too. We would be very happy to recommend the property to family and friends.

It was the most wonderful place.the house was quite spacious and was sufficiently stocked with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. We got up to a lovely surrounding.Amazing place.

Colin was a fantastic host very responsive and helpful we have booked the property long term for our contractors since the start of the year, the property was exactly as pictured and exceeded our expectations every time, our needs where catered to on every visit the property is a good size and completely spotless we have since used Dwelcome homes to book other properties in the area and further afield and will be using in the future. Really enjoyable stay at Darren's place. Lovely location and close enough to commute to the Aquatics Centre and city centre on a daily basis. House really well equipped. Would definitely stay again 😊

stayed here as we had a wedding 10 mins away. was a lovely, warm and cosy place. well fitted and beautifully done. really accommodating especially as we had a baby and needed cot. we also left something behind and Sandra made sure we got it back! thanks a million

My family and I spent a weekend at Irene’s place to visit family in the Aberdeen area. The home was spacious and warm with all the amenities we required. Having parking at the house very convenient too. Thank you Irene for being a fab host.

We had a perfect holiday at Louise’s place as a family of 4. The house was comfortable and homely, and the location was incredible. We saw lots of wildlife and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere on the estate.

Really lovely place to spend some time with the family - ground floor access was perfect for the less mobile members of our party and the underfloor heating was great! So quiet and away from it all and great for the dogs as well - plenty of enclosed space for them to run about and not far from some lovely country walks. A few minor niggles with the property but nothing to detract from the scale of the place. We were a party of 7 and it could easily sleep 10.

Exceptionally clean and cosy house in the beautiful village of Finzean. Josephine and Jacqui were fantastic hosts, they gave clear check in instructions and went above and beyond to host us with our newborn. Thank you for a great stay :)

Jonquil and Simon were amazing hosts. We had a great time in Aberdeenshire and felt extremely fortunate to be welcomed to their home. The surrounding hills are beautiful and so peaceful, we didn't want to leave. The house was perfect for our family get-together. We all felt right at home and enjoyed their garden space as much as the inside. We couldn't have asked for a more lovely place and more welcoming hosts. We would return in a heartbeat and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Jonquil and Simon for a weekend break we'll never forget! Ben and Emma

Gorgeous cottage on the outskirts of the Cairngorms. We were 2 adults, 2 teens, and a dog, celebrating new years - the cottage was perfect for us. A big kitchen for family dinners and board games, cosy nights by the fire in the lounge. The enclosed garden was great for our busy spaniel, and walks from the cottage were wonderful. Rosie was a perfect host, with wine, flowers, and essentials provided on arrival. She was especially kind and helpful when we thought we might be snowed in! Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms cosy and comfy. All in all, a perfect family hideaway in beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend.
