My little house in St Jean.

Welcome to St Jean! This small house with its small swimming pool full of charm, quiet and authentic, is only 30 minutes from the beach and coves of Leucate, and 10 minutes from the river for good swims. We have everything here or nearby. You will discover our famous wines (Castelmaure among others), our olive oil, our honeys, our goat cheeses... This place is great for all hikes, including the nearby Cathar Trail (Durban). A little paradise!

If you appreciate the original Airbnb spirit, welcome to the house I occupy and make available for part of the year. No universal decoration but restored furniture, paintings or DIY objects and 2 cats to cuddle. Located 10 minutes from Perpignan, 20 minutes from the beaches, Spain, 50 minutes from the mountains with all shops nearby. Small 17 m2 cottage by a pool in a beautiful setting with stunning views of the Roussillon plain. (In the hosts' property) Llauro, a typical village of the Aspres, is a short walk away. It is possible to eat at the Bistrot de Pays in the village at noon... (no kitchen in the cottage) The sea is 28 km away... (40 min) and Spain is 20 km away (30 min)... Not to mention the beautiful hikes you can do in the nearby mountains...

The apartment is tastefully decorated and really very well equipped with dishes, linens. Mattresses are very comfortable and the parental bed is 160 wide. The sound insulation is impeccable. The view of Collioure is really splendid: you can see the historic center with the bell tower and a wide view of the sea, but also the mill and Fort Saint Elme. We loved it! The terrace is nice and spacious, it has an electric blind. As for parking, no problem to maneuver or park, which is far from being the case in many city residences. Karine is available and responsive. In short, very nice rental from every point of view. Recommended!

We had a lovely family stay at Mickael's. The pool is a real plus, the house is very spacious and comfortable, there you will find everything you need there. Mickael even provided us with a crib as we wanted. We highly recommend his home for a stay with family, that's perfect!

The room is very nice, spacious and well decorated. The hosting was very warm and we were able to benefit from valuable advice for dinner and some information about the neighborhood. I recommend these others who are really attentive. I appreciated the little extras like the wi-fi and the hand towel. It was a pleasure to spend a stopover night at Isabelle's. Recommended.
