Cottage exceeded our expectations & both Pam & Richard are excellent hosts. We can’t praise it highly enough & we wouldn’t hesitate to go back again in the future. We had a great family week, thank you Pam & Richard.

This is our 3rd stay at Stewart cottage. It is perfect for us and allows us to go and meet our friends in Beadnell and Anwich. The house is so quiet and has everything you need to cook if you want to and great table to sit in the garden in the sunshine. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Fantastic few days away exploring the beautiful Northumberland coast with our young family and dog. The cottage was a perfect base - the cottage was really well equipped for adults and kids. The cottage has been beautifully refurbished to create a very homely and cosy feel. More spacious than some of the photos suggest! The linen was all top quality and having a secure garden was perfect for our dog. The outside seating area was a bonus and despite being a little chilly still got some good use. Ruth was an excellent host and provided lots of clear instructions on things to do / places to eat. I would definitely recommend this cottage as a great spot to explore the Northumberland coast. Lovely spacious, clean house with beautiful garden and excellent facilities. As 2 families of 4 this house was more than ample and well supplied with everything we needed. We made good use of the hot tub and large garden. It’s located just off the A1 but noise was minimal. There isn’t much in the way of walkable facilities but we did travel 5 mins to a nearby pub by car for a meal which was lovely. It’s a good location for visiting nearby beaches and we also went to Cragside which our children enjoyed. Thanks for a lovely getaway Anna!
