My wife and I had a great stay at the little red barn! It was a beautiful peaceful place to sit and watch the sun come up. Perfect weekend getaway and Rebecca was an extremely helpful and communicative host. We were blessed to be there.

Amazing Cabin community right off the Blue Ridge. Super clean and tidy inside, with plenty of towels and space inside the cabin. The community space such as the fire pit looked very nice. Host is very accommodating and helpful.

A spacious living area features large windows that frame mountain views, allowing natural light to fill the room. A plush sectional couch and armchair provide comfortable seating, with a wooden coffee table at the center. A stylish area rug adds warmth to the hardwood floor.

The house is at the top of the mountain - away from it all! Very peaceful and beautiful! Plenty of room for our party of 9. There is a wood burning fireplace - which we did not use - but the smell of wood fire is throughout the house. This is something we LOVED! We will definitely stay again if the need arises.

A cozy loft area is illuminated by natural light streaming through large triangular windows. Two comfortable armchairs are positioned around a small wooden table, with a decorative plant placed atop it. The wooden beams and flooring enhance the warm ambiance of the space.

I stayed at this cabin for 75 days! It felt like it’s my own home immediately. What a beautiful house, right on top of the mountain in a gated community. It’s completely fenced in so my pups could run around freely. The house it self has the perfect layout with huge windows letting in the sunset. I was worried it’s too lonely up there but it really doesn’t feel like it. It’s so peaceful I wish I could stay even longer. Gil, the Host, was extremely responsive and flexible with my booking date extensions. He always replied within a few minutes and was so helpful and friendly. I even had weekly cleaning from the property manager who is also an absolute sweetheart. I can’t recommend this house enough. Perfect for a weekend getaway or if you want to spend some time in nature.

This is a lovely home and provided our family an idyllic holiday weekend over Easter. Everything is as pictured. Howard is an extremely gracious host; always quick to respond. We just left this morning and my 12 year old is already asking when we can go bock. :)

The cabin is lovely! We enjoyed the area, went to Boone/blowing rock and it was about a 30 min drive. We enjoyed the hot tub and being able for our pup to run around. Very beautiful area! I loved the screened in porch too!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful; even better than the pictures show. The scenery is just as beautiful as the inside. It’s doesn’t get any better than seeing mountains, cows, or Christmas trees depending on which window you want to look out of. The house was very clean and organized and made us feel right at home. We could not have loved the area more and would love to return.

We would definitely stay here again. Bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. On a clear day we had a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley below. Quaint shopping in Fancy Gap. Check out the wings and a beverage at Creek Bottom Brewing in Galax. Short trip to Mt Airy NC. We left feeling refreshed.

This property will take you back in time...we had plenty of space for all 6 adults to enjoy Easter together. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Back porch was great spot for watching the sunrise and front porch was enjoyed throughout the day.

What an incredible, warm and comfortable cabin. It was the perfect base to explore local towns or just relax and stay in and enjoy the cabin experience! It’s so beautifully decorated. We wish we could have stayed longer. Gerald is an extremely thoughtful host and had great local suggestions. Highly recommend this little piece of heaven!!
