The accommodation is located in a quiet area and a short distance from the beach. I highly recommend this affordable place for a stay in Old Orchard Beach!

The place was great! It was just as described and Nina responds very quickly and was very sweet! We had a great time!

A great stay for my family of six. 20 min access to ski at Waterville Valley and Loon Mountain. House was clean, warm, and easy to access. Quiet and remote, but a handful of restaurants are reachable within a 10-15 min drive.

This is an older ranch with a spacious kitchen and super comfortable beds. A beautiful beach is steps down the road. It is the first house off the highway, so you may hear traffic noise. There is a dehumidifier, which you will need to turn to the highest setting. The host is friendly and very responsive.

I booked the house as a place for my family of 6 (4 adult children) and our black lab, to come together for Easter weekend. Since my boys live in Portsmouth we only needed 2 bedrooms and this house made the perfect getaway and place to host dinners. The house was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed the enormous fenced in yard all weekend. The host had many yard games which we played and our lab was so happy too. The fire pit was an added bonus for a night of s’more making. We truly had a wonderful time and the house really felt like home. Ps the stairs are fine once you get used to them. Rebecca was responsive and a wonderful host.

We had a wonderful girl's trip staying in Diana's house! We walked to the beach and to Scratch bakery (twice). The house was perfect for the five of us with a great sitting area to hang out and chat. The house was clean and the instructions for cleaning up were easy to follow.

We were in town for a conference so great space to hangout at the island or the couch. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Decor was a little funky (still had Christmas items end of March and way too many fake flowers). House was clean and quiet and perfect for what we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Convenient to get to downtown Freeport, while being quiet and peaceful. The house itself was very spacious and cozy, with a lot of cute decor. It’s dog friendly and our pup felt right at home. Highly recommend.

The apartment was just as described. Very bright, clean, and spacious. It was fully stocked with just about everything we needed during our stay. We had zero issues. The only drawback was the tiny tv in the living room. It was super small and there is plenty of room for something bigger. There were 4 of us and we really enjoyed our time at Susan’s place.

Margaret’s place is very homey with all the necessities for a family gathering. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to beautiful trails

Super walkable and great for a weekend stay!

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Portland! The apartment was adorable, very clean and in a perfect location. Alex had an entire list of recommendations that we found very helpful! We will definitely be back!

We have stayed in many airbnb's and Rick's place was the most well-stocked, clean, welcoming and comfortable place we have ever stayed!! The bed was excellent, there was lots of storage in every room, the living room had comfy couches and there was lots of natural light in every room. We enjoyed the snacks and drinks that he left and felt that was a nice touch. This location is walkable to town but there was 3 feet of snow so we chose to drive! We will stay here again and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Sadie and Laughlin are the best Airbnb hosts we have come across. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment is very clean, has lovely furnishings, is nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a very comfortable 3 and a half day stay in Portland. Both bedrooms are a good size and have incredibly comfortable beds. When we needed help with something, our hosts came around fast to help us. If we are ever back in Portland, we shall gladly book again with them. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Excellent place, sunset and sunrise is just beautiful right from your private balcony, plenty of things to do even on rainy days, huge selection of places to eat, great bands play right on the premises, great people and atmosphere. The condo was very clean and has everything you need. I would love to stay again!

We had such a fantastic time, the only complaint is that it went by too quickly! Arun provided thorough instructions and was very responsive and friendly in communications. We were so appreciative that a special request was very kindly granted for a disabled family member. The place was just as pictured and had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The location could not be better, right in the heart of the Hampton boardwalk. Our favorite thing was sitting out on the balcony watching the waves roll in and enjoying observing all of the activity going on below us. We were lucky enough to be there on a night the fireworks went off and could not have had a better view right from that balcony! We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be able to return soon!

This was my 3rd time staying at Kevin's AirBnB and it is always great! The bed is very comfortable and the entire place feels cozy. To top it off, there is the perfect view of the water from the balcony. It has everything you need for a little beach getaway. Will be staying again!

Shauna was a great host . I had a few questions that were answered immediately. It was really humid in early August so the ice cold AC’s were great! I would highly recommend staying at Shauna’s place . Easy access to Weirs & Bank NH Pavilion!

Great place to stay with an awesome view of the beach right from the balcony. This is where every morning we would have our coffee to plan out our day and every evening sit back with a glass of wine and watch the moon rise over the ocean. The accommodations were good, the place was clean and had all the things to make our stay enjoyable. We would stay here again as well as recommend it to friends and family.

This studio is gorgeous! the view of the lake and mountains from the unit is absolutely stunning. There are two really comfortable beds and a nice modern kitchen with plenty of appliances. Funspot is a 2 minute drive away and the diners and restaurants in the area were all phenomenal! We personally loved Ensō, a Japanese restaurant and both George's diner and Union diner were amazing. Also Axe and Ale Taphouse was super fun and reasonably priced. I would love to stay here again and am even interested in renting or owning a unit in the building.

The condo was very clean, tasteful decorated. Beds were comfortable. Loved the big table to play games and the living room was cozy for the evening and morning chats. Pretty views.
