Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Eleuthera

The house is really wonderful, great design, gorgeous view with exceptionally comfortable porch furniture/interior furniture comfy as well. Molly was super helpful and responsive re arrangements and directions; the house manager, Kevin, met us on way in and helped us find the place which is abt 10 min out of town. A few things to note: Both bedrooms are VERY BRIGHT in the AM. Beds very comfortable. Note that the track from the main road to the house, maybe a quarter mile, is pretty rough, you def want an SUV type car. When we were there unfortunately the next house up was doing construction which slightly shattered the peace weekdays, but otherwise the porch is perfect for reading/relaxing. As far as Gregory Town, the food at Unca Gene's is very good though can take quite a while, groceries in town VERY $$$, bring what you can from home! Rainbow Bay beach is lovely, close and uncrowded. Also the 2 gas stations shown on google maps b. the house and Gov Harbor DO NOT EXIST.

I had a wonderful stay! The space was exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished, and very well maintained. Everything felt thoughtfully cared for, which made for a peaceful and relaxing experience. The hosts were responsive, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. I’d absolutely return; highly recommend!

The owners who live on the property are very kind and were available when we needed anything. They also gave us tons of space . The house is large with all amenities. The place does not have a washer and dryer which would have been nice for our long stay with two kids. ( they do state this in the listing). Other than that, it has everything else you would need. The internet was a spotty at times. However maybe to be expected on an island. Great location and good price for the island

Mark was a very responsive host. The golf cart was an amazing amenity and necessary to navigate around the island. We had a small issue where the golf cart died during a drive and he quickly arranged for us to be picked up and a new golf cart provided right away within minutes of letting him know what happened. The house was located in a convenient location, two blocks from the beach, a short drive to the grocery store and restaurants. Several beach chairs and beach toys were available for us at the house which was so useful! Spanish Wells is a small, safe island community and we enjoyed our getaway here!

If you would like private, quiet, and country this is your place. Kathy’s suggestions to get us ready for our trip made check-in, car rental, beaches, and dining easy. We found ourselves almost entirely alone on the beautiful beaches. When we did share space with others they were truly kind. We thoroughly enjoyed a boat tour with Gary from Da Salty Pig. That too was suggested by Kathy!

Watercolour provided a lovely way to enjoy Harbour Island! The location was right in town, near docks and groceries. The various outdoor spaces provided plenty of options! Jessica was very helpful and responsive. The home had the charm of an old home, and we didn’t come expecting pristine, but everything worked well and it was a great value. We came with teens who loved having their own space with bathrooms.

We truly enjoyed our time at Casa Libre. The house's location is perfect, gorgeous views, and right by the water. Kitchen was equipped well and had everything you can think of. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay for us and we highly recommend this house.

Stunning beaches nearby! Clean, quiet, cozy and peaceful. Wallace made arrival and departure from the airport a breeze and offered wonderful tips for a great experience on this unique island.

The house was very clean with a well- equipped kitchen. There were lots of nice towels. Dorn was waiting for us at the airport with a nice car. An easy walk got us to a grocery store, a tavern, a dock to buy fresh fish, a beach and view of the sunset, and a friendly tavern. Dorn was quick to answer questions. We had a lovely time!

Our stay at the Tuna Can was nothing short of absolutely amazing! We took a girls weekend trip here, looking for some peace and relaxation and it was exactly that! Suzanne was so helpful with every question I had and so extremely thoughtful! She helped us secure our golf cart rental, taxi/ferry service from the airport and even met us at the dock to bring us to the house! Suzanne has the cutest animal friends ☺️ and her home is truly a retreat in the middle of the most beautiful island I’ve ever experienced! We will be back soon!

Great value, private and comfortable right behind the evolving Romara Bay property. We really enjoyed ourselves! Studio suite was clean and the bed was comfy! We were very lucky to meet Tim the owner, who was a highlight!

As described. Clean, close to beach, golf cart was a huge plus. Blair was always super responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful time at Marvin & Michael ‘s place.They are so warm hearted and let us to check out whenever we wanted to.The bathroom is new and clean and they prepared beach towels for us.Spanish wells is spectacular,we will definitely come back here again!

Staying at Garbrielle's was a joy. She was so friendly, helpful, and accomodating. The view from the balcony made me feel like I was expriencing a piece of heaven. Such peace and beauty are priceless. I would definitely stay again.

Lucia’s place was just perfect for the two of us. The kitchen has everything you need, odds & ends left over from previous guests too so I recommend checking out what is in the fridge and pantry staples before heading for groceries. Fridge was perfect, we were able to get a lot in there. Go to Bernard’s dock for fresh lobster M-F at 3:30, it’s the best experience and amazing quality. We never saw the other guest(s) and only Lucia a couple times as she came & went, she was always available though. We really felt like it was our private place:) The house is in the perfect location, and you certainly can get by with walking & the bikes, but we were glad we rented a golf cart as it allowed for us to pack all of our stuff for the beach every day. Get out and try different beach areas, they are all so beautiful. The island is safe, the house is quaint & secure so we were able to truly unwind and let go for the week. It was brand new and lovely.

Fredricka was a wonderfully responsive host. Her unit is very comfortable and clean, with a comfortable bed! We received clean linens and towels after week one. We hope to stay agin next year. We stayed for two weeks and cooked in many nights. The only amenities lacking were pots, pans and servicing dishes, like bowls. Fredricka gave us a parking space for our rented golf cart. The beach is a three minute drive and the shops in town, including grocery stores, are a 5 minute drive. We highly recommend Fredricka’s place!

We stayed here while attending a wedding at Coco di Mama and loved it. It was the perfect week long getaway! Private and beautiful. We felt right at home and loved the easy walk to the shops. When comparing to where our friends and wedding guests stayed there is no question we made the best choice. We highly recommend this place, loved it, and hope to stay again soon.
