Very close to Golden Gate State Park, 15 minute drive to skiing at Eldora by Nederland or to Black Hawk/Central City with countless hidden (and very public) local hiking trails and National Forest in between. We are committed to providing you a unique, peaceful and comfortable escape from the world. We welcome any feedback that will help us improve the Chipmonk or the experience.

New A/C! Enjoy your privacy in our sanitized 1500 sq. ft. lower level suite. Families, couples and biz-travelers will enjoy this smoke-free and pet-free space. Outdoor seating for morning coffee and backyard amenities. 3-minute walk to a network of nature trails, and a quick drive to restaurants, entertainment, and other amenities (Walnut Creek, Promenade, City Park, Westin, Butterfly Pavillion). We are a quick 25 minute drive to Boulder and Denver. We have a puppy you may hear occasionally.

Victoria's Guest Suite

This guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, in a very safe and affluent subdivision, very quiet and spacious, about 1200 sq ft (110 sq meters), separate entrance. 10 min drive to Boulder, 30 min to Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.

Little cabin in the woods

Enjoy a private getaway for 2 with wood-burning stove (MUST bring firewood), indoor dining/cooking area with 2-burner propane stove (propane provided), sleeping loft, outdoor sitting area with propane gas grill. NO electricity or running water. Outdoor shower stall with two 5-gallon solar heated shower bags. Bring towels. Outhouse nearby. Bring food & ice. Well water provided from spigot at main cabin. Cot available UPON REQUEST in advance - prior arrival. NO CAMPFIRES OR USE OF ANY FIREPITS.

The setting is wooded, and Boulder Creek is easily accessible from the cabin. We welcome guests from all backgrounds and orientations. And we love to share our beautiful state with international visitors!
