On the ground floor of the house, you will have an entrance room with seating, equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and hallway. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom for 2 people, 2nd bedroom for up to 4 people), and a bathroom. In the attic of the house, the 3rd bedroom for up to 4 people. There is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna with a cooling barrel and a heated barrel, two seating areas, a grill, a grassy playground, a pond, parking for up to 3 cars.

The village of Tisá is a beautiful tourist resort in the Ore Mountains known mainly for its unique sandstone rocks. The house can serve as an ideal base for mountaineering, hiking, or biking enthusiasts. The expansive adjacent meadow is a popular spot for kitting enthusiasts in the fall and winter-whether with tricycles or skis. In summer, bathing in a nearby pond.

The villa is located directly on the Elbe cycle path. The house has a parking space, a spacious garden, three spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. A parking space on the premises is available for the FW. If you have multiple cars or vans, there are parking spaces nearby. In about 500 m are the S-Bahn station and ferry terminal, as well as the outdoor swimming pool. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the area.

In a pleasant atmosphere, up to 12 people can find accommodation in double rooms and a bedroom for 4 people in the house built of natural stone and larch wood. You'll love our place because of the stylishly furnished living room with a cozy table and a large fireplace with a stove bench.
