This house was even better than we imagined! It is huge! So many gathering spaces. The outdoor patio and rooftop are spectacular. The house is very close to the shops and restaurants. Being able to open the windows and get a breeze was very nice with the warm weather. Absolutely magical!

Beautiful apartment with very nice landlords who offered us their own products (eggs, olives and lemons). The location of the apartment is excellent for reaching Monemvasia and the beaches. Highly recommended!

Maria's place is a beautiful homage to the past with modern amenities. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. the beds were comfortable and warm, the balcony has a great view and heaps of space for chairs and tables. Maria is very helpful, communicative and accommodating. Karavas is a quiet village in the north of Kythira with lovely people, beautiful scenery and breathtaking walks. The local bakery was a favourite of ours with great coffee and service. A car is required for this one I think, the beach is only 10min drive and has crystal clear water. I would love to return. it was such a great place!

Ειρήνη very kind and responsive hostess. The apartments are very clean. All the necessary utensils were there. The house has a very comfortable veranda where you can have breakfast. The distance to the beach is only 50 meters. We will definitely come again.

The sea is 200 meters away, the beach is ideal, clean sand, transparent water, you can walk for a long time, and in September we are often alone. For dogs, the terrace is screened and there is plenty of space around it.

We booked the place for 4 nights. Beautiful house, with all the facilities for 4 people. Very close to the city (Agia Pelagia), you go on foot, but at the same time to a quiet place. Great views, with a sea below, ten steps away. There was an issue with the water in the area, but luckily, it didn't last long and Sotiris was always willing to help. Must: Don't forget to wake up in the morning to enjoy the sunrise from the balcony! 😉

The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could need. The beds were super comfortable, and we loved the cozy living area where we could unwind .The location was perfect—right on the beach and local restaurants ! We especially enjoyed the stunning views from the private patio/balcony, where we spent our mornings sipping coffee and enjoying the sea.The host went above and beyond, providing local tips and recommendations that truly enhanced our stay. Our stay in Monemvasia was great! The large accommodation with terrace and exceptional "pebble" view. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms when you have teenagers, it's really convenient. We did everything on foot from the accommodation, which made us independent: a plus! Some issues with the translation of the welcome note for us (😅unfortunately we don't speak Greek) but nothing serious. We should have asked our host who is very friendly and responsive. We'll be happy to go back. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

Marcos excellent led us to the room himself. He gave us all the information we needed.The house spacious very clean had all the amenities. The sea right next to the area beautiful. We will definitely go again.

The host was EXCELLENT! She was super responsive and extremely helpful to serve all our needs! Our car broke down and she brought her cousin to help us fix the battery on a public holiday! we couldnt be more thankful to her and her hospitality! the room itself is very clean,comfortable and nice with a suberb toilet that is fully renovated. Everything was extremely clean and spotless. The location was really good - about 10 minutes from Monemvasia and close to elafonisos and Neapolis. Overall, we are extremely happy and look forward to visiting again

Very friendly accommodation for one night. 5 minutes from the port of Monemvassia and 25/30 minutes from the old town. Very nice welcome with the right tips to eat and make the most of Monemvassia.

Our stay at Leonidas and Frini's was really great. Leonidas welcomed us with extraordinary cheerfulness. We were with family with our children and the place is perfect. The property (beautiful from the outside too) is located by the sea in a very quiet area and close to the small fishing port of the island. Nearby, small restaurants offer all kinds of local dishes as well as seafood. The beaches recommended by Leonidas are heavenly (Simos)! A big thank you also for the small touches from our host (olive oil, olives, small shells for our daughters…) in short… to be recommended without hesitation!

We enjoyed the serenity and peaceful surrounds of the seaside village. Giorgos was very helpful and quick to respond to our needs. The Wifi was excellent and everything was clean and the home was recently renovated. Just beautiful, can definitely recommend this home come and stay, you won’t want to leave

Dimitra's place was accompanied by excellent hospitality. Dimitra gifted us with with fig jam, olives and Melba toast, things lovingly made by her mother. Dimitra even picked us up at 7 a.m.. to drop us off at the local bus depot. I felt like I was visiting a relative. Awesome stay.

Antonis’ apartment was perfect! Lovely and clean, well equipped and comfortable. Super close to the port, beach and main high street and easy to find. Would definitely stay again and wish we could have stayed longer.

We enjoyed two wonderful days at Afrofiti’s place. She was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The house was perfect.

Thank you as a family to Despoina and Nikos! We were greeted earlier than the check-in time with understanding. They've been discreet and comfortable! The space was super clean, the house was completely functional for 2 adults and 3 young children. Equipped, thoughtful, and beautiful home. We used all the amenities in the kitchen and bathroom without any issues. Pharmacy, mini market and playground next to the house! Wonderful beaches from Panaritis to lakes, to choose everyone that suits him, and all a five minute drive on a smooth route. Monemvasia, Elafonisos and Neapoli within walking distance too. We had awesome quiet, relaxing, meeting lovely and friendly people in Helix! The home was our retreat and the base of excursion to many wonderful experiences.

We had a wonderful stay. There was nothing missing. Lots of touches like iced tea and fruits in the fridge. The apartment is lovingly and very comfortably furnished. We would definitely come back. Thanks :)
