This property has been in my family for 40 years, and it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Located in one of the most privileged spots in Llançà, the Villa will wow you with an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, wonderful views, tranquility, and a unique natural setting.

You can also use the patio, which is shared with the whole house. Pau is a small town that is characterized by its tranquility, it has a municipal swimming pool open all summer season right next to the apartment. Guests can enjoy it for free.
