House vacation rentals in El Varadero

The two of us arrived with our car and Sam guided us so well that we also found the finca without any problems. The journey seemed adventurous but ultimately completely hassle-free. We immediately felt very welcome in the house. Drinks were provided with cold and small sweets, everything very lovingly prepared in the details. The amenities leave little. Wishes open. Whether cleaning materials or cooking utensils, everything is there. In and around the house..such as on the upper balcony with sea view and in the strikingly maintained, clean pool.. you can enjoy absolute privacy. Sam is always responsive and we had the impression that she and Ian were happy if they could also fulfill wishes for the guests. When we asked for a small table for the balcony, it didn't take an hour for us to be fulfilled. We felt like personal guests and will definitely come back. ❤️ Thanks Sam and Ian. You guys are great.

Thank you Mart and Kristina for our lovely stay. From the off you were always quick to reply and helped us out with more advice during our stay. The villa is situated in a lovely location. Barring any mobility issues we were able to walk to the beaches and town centre with two young children. The villa is very well presented and the balcony and private and well established garden was a great little place for relaxing. Only one pool was open due to us being outside peak season and although it was cold it got good sun and had handy toilets to use. I would happily recommend and return in the future.

The apartment is in a very nice park, well maintained, away from the chaos of downtown Nerja. The terrace on which you can eat offers a beautiful view. We found everything you need in the house. Everything is well kept and clean.

Place was outstanding! We had such a good time - area fantastic. The home was lovely, outstanding views, beautiful pool area, outside dining area also with incredible view. We loved it there and had a fabulous time in La Herradua. Great beach community. Patricia’s responsiveness was appreciated as were her spot on suggestions! Read her book on the place - super helpful ! Can’t wait to return !

What a beautiful villa! The views are outstanding, the kitchen/living space and outdoor areas are lovely and very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking for a large group. The bathrooms and some of the bedrooms were quite dark, but we appreciate that is the design of a house built into the hillside. La Herradura is walking distance with good bars and restaurants, although as others have said it is quite a steep climb back up to the villa, but there is plenty of parking if driving. Great roads and easy access from Malaga, and easy to get into Almuñécar for larger supermarkets, buses etc. We recommend a day trip to Granada as it is only an hour away, and beautiful. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Rachel was very responsive and helpful when we were there. A minor issue with the cooker was resolved promptly. We would highly recommend and would not hesitate to return.

Debby’s house was a home from home, with lots of essentials provided. We loved the roof terrace - it provided a lovely space with beautiful views over Nerja. The supermarket is just around the corner, so getting supplies is easy. The walk to Burriana and Nerja is manageable, but it is very hilly, so worth bearing in mind if you have any mobility issues. That said, we walked everywhere and enjoyed the lovely views on our walks. The pool is lovely and warm, and clean. It is quite deep, and might be tricky for younger children with quite a small deep end. Thanks Debby for a lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were looking for private accommodation for a family with a four year old child. So that our daughter could be free in the garden. The pool is clean and very nice. Nearby Orgiva is a charming town. If you want to spend time in peace with your family, this is the place. Breakfast in the shade of an olive tree. Relax by the pool overlooking the beautiful mountains. Barbecue in the evening. Beaches within driving distance. Lots to see nearby (Granada, Pampaneira and more). Antonio is a very communicative and friendly person. He helped us with everything we needed, nothing was a problem. Thank you for everything, we spent a wonderful time here.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa La Bodega. We are a family of 6. Kids aged 10 - 23, and everyone loved the house and pool. From the terraces/outside space, with various far reaching views of the mountains or sea, the garden/grounds with various flowers and fruit/veg plants, and of course the pool, which we pretty much used every day. Internally the house was very well presented, and offered everything you would need. A great, well equipped kitchen, and two lovely shower rooms, with the one upstairs offering great mountain/sea views. There was also plenty of storage in the bedrooms. The community pool was also a hit with us, and only a 5m walk. Such a great chilled out space where you can also grab a drink and snacks from the bar. Our host Adrian was excellent. He gave clear informative instructions before and during our stay. And when we had a minor issue with something, he responded and dealt with it within an hour of us contacting him. He very much enhanced our great stay. Thank you

There were six of us at the property. It is a super spacious villa, you have more than enough space. Beautiful pool, nice outdoor seating and a small garden. Nothing is visible from the outside, so you have a relaxed private sphere. Highly recommended is a rental car. Without it, we would have been stuck quite quickly for shopping, as the villa is a long way uphill. But the beach and town are also within walking distance. Overall super recommended and a great place to stay.

The apartment is set in lovely grounds and the terrace looks over one of the pools. The location is good and it’s a nice, but steep walk down to the beach. The apartment is a really good size and feels very homely. Our little girl loved finding all the little wooden mice that were hiding around! The showers were excellent, with a really good jet and the water was always hot. The kitchen was really well equipped with all the utensils you could need and it was great to be able to eat out on the terrace. There are clear instructions about leaving the bbq grill clean but unfortunately this wasn’t the case when we arrived and so we had to give it a really good scrub and soak before we could use it. This is a fault of the previous guests though and not the host. The pools are nice and there are a good number of loungers to use. It was a shame that they weren’t heated and the snack bar wasn’t open as we were visiting in April. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Really cozy, rural, beautiful nature, quiet, tapas bar right next door. We enjoyed it very much. We were fortunate that the weather was really nice, with blue skies and sunshine. In the house there was what we needed. There were three of us, but there could easily be four. We would love to come back again.

We had a great time at Sam's place, who was extremely responsive when we had questions and difficulty with the washing machine. The accommodation was clean, functional, in a good location (quite close to shops, beaches and city center, Tuesday market on site, quiet residence with a nice pool) and very well equipped.

Had a wonderful stay, Fabrizio and Beatrice were friendly lovely people and were very helpful and responsive if needed. Communication from booking to leaving was excellent. The villa is in a lovely location, very near Burriana beach and not too long a walk to centre of Nerja, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants all quite close by. The villa is ideal for families, friends or couples. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend it.

Very nice cottage in a beautiful setting with a beautiful view. The cottage is a bit remote, so it is always a 20-minute drive to go anywhere, but for that you get peace and privacy in return. An added value in the intermediate season is the heated swimming pool. Dirk is a nice host who gave the necessary information and was always available for questions.

Niels is a super helpful and welcoming host, he is happy to help if there are any questions about the house and stay. The house was as Niels had told me and I had seen on a facetime with Niels. There were 5 of us and there was what we needed for that number of people. Niels came to the house himself the day after we arrived to see if everything was as it should be and if we needed anything. Niels has a good knowledge of Competa and is happy to share recommendations for restaurant, beach and excursions . All in all, we had a really lovely holiday in the house in Competa.

The house is beautiful, spacious, with different areas to enjoy. The location in the listing is incorrect: took us to a completely different place with the postcode provided: better to look in Google Maps for Cortijo Los Almendros Holiday Home (and go first to Frigiliana the make your way there). View is breathtaking. House is close to a gorgeous white village (Frigiliana) and to beaches etc so super convenient. I am scared of winded roads so the need to go up the mountain was an issue for me but not a problem for others in the group (the drivers luckily!). The pool is not heated and that made it unusable for the adults: important to know if you book the house outside of the summer months. The childrenused it but most of the adults couldn't cope with the water temperature even when it was sunny. Antonio was super helpful and friendly while we were there, we enjoyed our stay and it is ideal for a relaxing, family holiday.

We loved our stay here. Very comfortable and well equipped and super clean. The flat is close to the old town and easy walking for restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

I've never had a vacation home like this! I was picked up at a meeting point, as the road takes some getting used to the first time. I was warmly greeted and guided through the house. Unique: from food to cotton swabs. Everything there!!!!! On the terrace, a fantastic view over the mountains! Nicky and her husband are always available. Thank you very much! Yet another, fabulous stay. Great location, town and beach on the doorstep but a peaceful oasis to relax. Would highly recommend.

Little Alhambra is an amazing place. The property consists of three separate houses and two swimming pools and is really secluded from any neighbours. Everything is super clean and decorated with a lot of taste. The garden, which consists of palm trees and cypresses is really well maintained. The views are also great, you can see the picturesque town of Frigiliana as well as the sea. We stayed here with 16 friends aged around 30. The place is so big that if you want to have a quiet moment from the group, there are multiple possibilities. The host is also very friendly, helpful and very quick in communication. We really had a unforgettable week here. I would definitely recommend this place!

It was a pleasure to stay at Las Piedras! Despite the terrible weather, we were delighted and very comfortable! The house and the views are beautiful, too bad we couldn't enjoy it more because of the rain. We were delighted that so many rooms were adapted, it makes it much easier for people with disabilities to access places that would otherwise be more complicated (Sierra de Málaga), for which we are very grateful! We hope to visit you again and enjoy the pool and the beautiful area!

The good weather helped a great deal which I was not expecting and the house was in a good position for getting requirements such as bread , water , breakfast items for immediate usage and the local resteraunts were very good at the bottom of the road . Nerja was very pretty with good walks and places to stop for coffee and the house was idealy situated for the town on an evening , it felt very safe.
