They have been renting the same place for several years and the truth is that it will continue to be so, since it is a very quiet and beautiful place to have a good time with the family

Overall a great stay! If you’re looking for a secluded, quiet stay within walking distance to Médano beach, I’d highly recommend this spot. The apartment was much bigger than expected. Clean, modern, and well decorated. Good water pressure but unfortunately, hot water was lacking. AC’s worked great. Bed is quite stiff. Kitchen is stocked with the essentials so it was nice to save a couple bucks and get some groceries during our stay. Public access to medano beach is just a short 5 minute walk through the Riu resort. Also, DO NOT skip out on eating at Metate while you are here. If I were to come back to Cabo, I’d definitely stay here again. Gracias!

This place is awesome. Had a fantastic stay. Perfect for a quick getaway or for a longer stay. Nadia is a great host and was super responsive if we ever needed anything. Would highly recommend and definitely plan on staying here again!

Being an apartment complex, it is quiet. The pool is fine, it just requires a little more attention since there are many plants and leaves and flowers fall into the water

We had a wonderful time at the condo!! The condo was just as described in photos, it was clean, comfortable, and the view was so amazing! The Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. We enjoyed the entertainment futures and the overall home decor. We would definitely book this condo again.

Everything was perfect, the arrival with very clear instructions and always attentive, the place exactly as the photos show, everything super clean and tidy (thanks for the beers in the fridge), a 10 for the location, excellent taste in the decoration and some armchairs and a coffee table on the terrace would not be bad (but the chairs help a lot), thanks for your attention and we will definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing AirB&B apartment for a week, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The apartment itself was beautiful, with modern decor and all the necessary amenities to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. I was able to easily grab groceries, try out local eateries, and explore the surrounding area without needing a car. The proximity to shops was especially convenient, as I could pop out to pick up anything I needed at a moment's notice. One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic gym facilities. As someone who likes to stay active, it was great to have access to a well-equipped gym where I could work out and keep up with my routine. The gym was clean, modern, and had everything I needed to get a good sweat going. But the real pièce de résistance was the incredible pool. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day!

Had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was beautiful and exactly as described. Nice, quiet place. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The bathroom amenities were well stocked and the rain showerheads had wonderful pressure. The bed was very comfortable with an option of pillow firmness and adjustability of the bed itself. The pool was warm enough to swim even when the sun went down. Jennifer was super helpful with all our questions and provided some great local tips. She even helped set up an in-home massage with an amazing masseuse. The drink cooler and beach chairs were also much appreciated. Security was great and getting in every night was smooth. The property and landscaping was beautiful and had some nice walking paths. We also enjoyed the resort access to Pueblo Bonito resorts. Would def stay again! The overall area is not walkable however we had a rental car so it was a non-issue.

Gabriela is a super host. He was aware of our arrival and location. He gave us recommendations for places to eat, get to know and do sightseeing. His apartment is in very good condition and the description is as it appears in the photos.

Our stay was amazing! Felt extremely safe and it was very peaceful. The kids enjoyed the kiddie pool that is just a few feet out of our location. The Infiniti pool and service we received there was amazing also! Sandra and Daniel were very responsive and so was Adrian which is the gentleman that reached out to us for any need & assisted us with some of our reservations. Overall great stay! Would definitely book again!

Great location, the pools are so close, and we loved the few minute walk to the beach; beach was not swimmable at the time (red flag, and rocks), yet not sure if this is normal? The kitchen fit our needs for all cooking, and the space was perfect for 2 people. Communication was excellent and very fast! Loved the beach towels and umbrella/chairs. A few walkable restaurants ($$$), and can walk to the supermarket (across a highway) or a cheap Uber ride. A few small uncontrollable things: construction at the pool and right next door so not quiet during the day, but that was just during our time, and it may be completed soon? If you’re a light/sensitive sleeper, maybe earplugs due to hearing neighbors. Also, some transportation is not allowed for pick up or drop off in the area, which caused some issues, but if you have your own car, you’ll be fine! Overall, beautiful.

This place was a perfect apartment for the seven of us. Plenty of room and very spacious lots of beds. The couches also fold flat to decent size beds. There’s a washer in the apartment and a clothes line for drying on the deck. The water pressure was nice and had hot water. We were greeted by the hosts with the key and a how to use the AC. The pool area is very nice and fun with a great grill and lots of tanning chairs. Even a nice speaker to listen to music. The hosts were so kind and helpful with every question we had and gave great recommendations for activities and places to visit. We all feel like we would stay again it was very much the cherry on top of our vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. Ariel the managing person was amazing! The beach is quiet and secluded, never overcrowded. We enjoyed swimming and snorkeling. The apartments have two nice pools, patio, a grill and a hot tub and was a very nice stroll around the place with flowers and plants. The only thing lacking was we wished we had two comfortable chairs to sit on the balcony one was broke and the other not comfortable to sit in, which is my favorite part in the mornings. The fridge was not cooling or freezing properly.

My family and I had a great vacation. The place was beautiful inside and out. The rooms were very clean and spacious. It was very convenient to have Cosco and Soriana at walking distance. Had the best Mariscos at Mariscos Cabo Restaurant less than a 5 minute drive just around the block. We will definitely love to stay here again. Thank you Eduardo!

I highly recommend staying at Monica's Airbnb, she was always in communication days before, when we arrived and until we left. The place is just as shown in the photos, the beds are very comfortable, it has a very spacious room, everything is excellent, there is security so it is very safe. The pool area is great, at all times they play music over the speakers in this area, which makes it enjoyable, there are tables and lounge chairs. It is a very central place, around you will find several shops, and the beach is within walking distance. I would definitely return to this airbnb. I congratulate Monica for her attention and kindness. 👏🏽

I had a great stay at this condo. The place was comfortable, and the design and furniture made it feel like a cozy. Great view of the ocean. Ceci was easy to communicate with. I’d definitely stay here again.
