Vacation rentals with beach access in El tezal

We stayed here for a week and loved it! The condo can use a little sprucing up but the views make it worth it. The bed was very comfy. Costco is a quick uber down the block. We stocked up on what we needed for the week and made breakfast to eat on the balcony every morning. The amenities are nice! The condo has everything you need for a little beach day at the private beach. 10 minute uber ride to downtown. We will definitely be coming back here again!

We had an amazing stay at Momentum Cabo! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and perfect for a week in Cabo. The gym was great—we used it daily—and the security team was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to a stunning (but non-swimmable) beach, with a swimmable option about 12 min drive or 37 minutes walk away. Getting around was easy walking or Uber, and the nearby pharmacy and store were super convenient. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

An excellent apartment to stay in, very comfortable to rest, to be on the beach, or to visit places around Cabo San Lucas. There's no noise nearby, the pool is excellent, the people in the condominium and the hosts are very friendly, and you have parking all the time. We'll definitely be back.

We loved it, it is a very comfortable space, with a modern and functional design. The spaces are very spacious and clear. The pool area is very nice, just a little cold. The gym is basic but has enough for a quality workout. The location is good if you have a vehicle. It is close to the bus stop. They have concierge service. His name is Alfredo, and he was very attentive to our visit and supported us with news about a storm that was happening. He gave us several suggestions for activities to take advantage of the day. Very attentive to check-in, check-out and the stay. Overall, it is a good place.

The best accommodation in Los Cabos, the view is breathtaking, it's definitely worth every dollar. The pool area is practically all yours if there are no other guests. It's close to very quiet beaches. The best option is to get around with Uber.

I felt at home, very close to the beaches and the center of Cabo San Lucas, it had board games, a very useful umbrella and beach chairs, very well stocked with everything, many dishes, glasses, pots to prepare food and cleaning products, the pools are very clean and beautiful, I would definitely come back.

Antonio waa very responsive and everything seemed very clear. It was a wonderful location since everything is at walking distance. The fellow gateman was friendly and there is also a little store inside the condominiums. Overall a great stay. Would book again on my next trip to Los cabos san Lucas. The apartment was very clean. 😄

Melissa’s place looks fabulous! It’s clean, spacious, high end with all the amenities we were looking for including washer and dryer. I love the spacious bathroom , separate shower and jacuzzi! . My family and I enjoyed staying here. This is by far the best AirBnb I ever stayed. I will recommend my family and friends to stay at Melissa’s place.

Very nice place. Very convenient within walking distance of great restaurants and the beach just a couple of blocks away walk. Walmart was very close right through the parking garage across the street. Was able to use the grill on the top floor and sat around the pool to relax most of the days. Alex was very responsive whenever we had questions and also let us check in early which helped us enormously. There was some noise from the street and from the nearby resort, but nothing that he could control. That street could use some cleaning like nearby streets. Broken glass and garbage on that street was an eyesort. We would book again if we come back to Cabo.

We had a great time at Seoniad’s place. The garden was even nicer and bigger than you could see from the pictures. Everything we needed and more was available to use, very well equipped kitchen and pool. Nice living area to relax and watch a movie or play games. Location was also really good, very close to the beach, large supermarket and some restaurants. Would definitely recommend the place. We only had one downside which was the jacuzzi that didn’t warm up, however Seoniad did everything to fix it and compensated us for it, so handled it very well with good communication.

Oh my goodness, we loved our stay!! The view was completely unbeatable and the pool overlooking downtown Cabo was perfection. Highly recommend!!

PHENOMENAL PROPERTY!!! This place is everything and more. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spacious and welcoming in every way. Beds are comfortable and the house is warm and lovely. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is amazing, it’s truly the best of Cabo. The property is peaceful and stunning with incredible amenities. The on-property pools and services are excellent , and you can enjoy the other resorts easily. Honestly this was one of the most amazing Airbnb experiences we have had. We will be back for sure. This place is a paradise!!!

Nice home in a private area.

Had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was beautiful and exactly as described. Nice, quiet place. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The bathroom amenities were well stocked and the rain showerheads had wonderful pressure. The bed was very comfortable with an option of pillow firmness and adjustability of the bed itself. The pool was warm enough to swim even when the sun went down. Jennifer was super helpful with all our questions and provided some great local tips. She even helped set up an in-home massage with an amazing masseuse. The drink cooler and beach chairs were also much appreciated. Security was great and getting in every night was smooth. The property and landscaping was beautiful and had some nice walking paths. We also enjoyed the resort access to Pueblo Bonito resorts. Would def stay again! The overall area is not walkable however we had a rental car so it was a non-issue.

I highly recommend staying at Monica's Airbnb, she was always in communication days before, when we arrived and until we left. The place is just as shown in the photos, the beds are very comfortable, it has a very spacious room, everything is excellent, there is security so it is very safe. The pool area is great, at all times they play music over the speakers in this area, which makes it enjoyable, there are tables and lounge chairs. It is a very central place, around you will find several shops, and the beach is within walking distance. I would definitely return to this airbnb. I congratulate Monica for her attention and kindness. 👏🏽

Absolutely loved my stay at Mikes place. Extremely convenient location, beautiful views of the marina, and so many great food options. Having the pool was an added plus. Just a short walk to the beach. I want to come back! Thank you!

The place was great! Very clean with lots of amenities. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach, with taxi/market very close. The beach is shore break, so if you’re not great in the ocean you might want to walk toward the tourist area. I thought it was perfect and very secluded
