Hola, We’re Tricia and Rick. In 2013 we RV’d our way down Baja and fell in love with Los Barriles. So…we stayed. We built our home with the intention of a vacation rental suite below. Our property is enclosed and private with surrounding gardens. We seasonally grow bananas, pineapples, papayas, limes and mangos. When ready, we love to share. El Nido is located in town (above Smokey’s). Walkable to town and the glorious beach. We value our clients and would be honoured to have you as a guest.

Quiet and peaceful condo. Away from the dust and Dogs. Bird watching or just sitting at the pool enjoying the peace and quiet. 7 Minutes to Los Barriles. 3 minutes to the beach from the Arroyo. After kite surfing or fishing all day. Come home to a nice soak in the hot tub or dip in the pool. Outside shower to rinse off. Very peaceful and everything you need to enjoy your home away from home. You will need a car or ATV to go into town or ask me about the Uber 24/7. WE DO NOT HAVE A BBQ PIT.

Enjoy the largest deck in the complex, accompanied by a gas grill and 2 kayaks for your use, one double, one single. It's very private, as it is situated to the far corner of the property. Even though it is close to the main road, the unit sits right above the beach, eliminating any traffic noise. We've been told by others who have stayed there before, "It's the best unit in the complex." Pool Level, exceptionally private, located on the corner of the complex with its own entrance.

Lounge chairs are positioned on a patio under a pergola, inviting relaxation. A patio dining set is visible in the background, complemented by a green umbrella. Tropical plants add a touch of greenery to the outdoor space, and large glass doors offer a view into the interior.

We are four lots from the beautiful 🏖️ beach. it is spacious and private, quiet and beautiful piece of paradise. Air conditioned throughout, Full kitchen, king 🛌 bed in master, two tv’s 📺 and most all comfort of home. Full safe water drinking system. We provide… Coffee Soaps and shampoo Snacks Mayo, mustard, and ketchup. All linens And WiFi !!

Highly recommended for couples with up to 2 children. Special for resting, we have no window in the main room, special for rest since the sun and noises are not filtered. My wife and I immensely enjoyed our stay at Mantra Baja Boutique Hotel in May of 2025. Los Barriles is very near and dear to our hearts as we've been traveling here since the mid-90's and also got married on the beach here in 2023. We typically stay at one of the local hotels, but this time we decided to opt for something more private. Mantra Baja Boutique Hotel is in a GREAT location in town, yet tucked away enough to feel private while you're on property. It's a super close walk to the beach and to the Main Street through town. We rented a side-by-side and loved the easy parking in front of the hotel. The accommodations were super clean, modern, and well equipped with everything you could need. I can't stress enough how amazing it was to have beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, SUP boards, a bluetooth speaker, beach towels and rooftop grill all available for use during our stay. We will 100% stay here again on our next trip to Los Barriles. We loved this charming little property!

It's absolutely clean, close to the beach, easy access, and the best for sure , for the price. No kitchen but the little fridge does the job and there are lots of restaurants within 10 min walk. I will definetely go back there.

Super cute and rustic place! Very quiet and private, not a lot to do close by but town is only a 10 minute drive away. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom and shower were very clean. We would definitely stay here again!
