We had a wonderful stay at Rebecca’s place. The Apt. was cozy and clean and has a nice outdoor space. The clubhouse pool and rocky coastline with daily whale and occasional dolphin sightings, however, is what would draw us back. Thank you!

Great Place /w a Great View, Host, Very Friendly Security Staff & Neighbors, Very walkable to a 24/7 Oxxo (America's 7/11), even a really nice shopping center close by where I got a very detailed hair cut and beard trim for like $30 I believe. Pool was Nice to relax in after a long day of relaxing and the Internet was up to par! Highly Recommend!

The condo was situated within a good 15 minute walk to the Marina which was great because we love going to the Marina and walking around checking out the old and the new businesses that occupy the Marina boardwalk. The condo was nicely decorated and had more than enough room for me and my wife. There was ample supplies in the condo and included wine glasses which we used just about everyday. The condo had just about every utensil and pot and pan that was needed as we cooked breakfast every morning, as we don’t get up early enough on vacation to go out for breakfast. We made daily use of the balcony which overlooked the community pool. I texted Betty that we needed extra towels and she delivered them to us in no time, she was great to deal with and I wholeheartedly recommend anyone to stay in this condo!!

Está muy céntrico y cerca de la playa (en coche) Además puedes hacer un hike hacia la montaña de las antenas saliendo del fraccionamiento solaria a la izquierda!! Increíbles instalaciones, la casa club con restaurante, gym, sauna, alberca!

Beautiful unit with many amenities available at the resort, and the staff was friendly. Check-in was very smooth and easy and the host was very proactive about sending information before our stay and responsive to questions. The room was very clean. As for the food at the resort, I felt it was ok and overpriced. Just keep in mind you will have to pay a daily resort fee at check out that was not disclosed before booking. I asked Miguel and he did say they will collect a daily resort when you check out. I would also recommend using Uber much cheaper than a taxi, the staff will tell you to use a taxi but using Uber is safe and affordable. The beautiful swim beach steps away from the resort was a plus.

Tuve una excelente experiencia. El lugar es muy ameno, limpio y espacioso. La ubicación es inmejorable: está en una zona céntrica, puedes llegar caminando al mar y es muy accesible para moverse en Uber. Glenda fue una gran anfitriona, siempre atenta, amable y rápida para responder cualquier duda. El personal de la caseta también fue muy cordial y servicial. Y la alberca es maravillosa, el agua se mantiene calientita por la tarde y noche, perfecta para relajarse. Sin duda, lo recomiendo y me encantaría volver.✨️🫰🏼🤗

Just returned from an amazing stay at Dean’s place. It was beautifully furnished, beds were so comfy, very spacious with no clutter. The kitchen had everything that we needed from a Keurig machine (stocked w/coffee pods), pots, pans, silverware, basically everything that you’d have at home. There’s also a closet filled with beach toys, cooler and floating pool bed. The balcony is dreamy! The view is breathtaking and there’s a ton of space to lounge out there after a day of fun in the sun. As for the resort - wow! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! So clean and beautifully decorated. The staff onsite were all so kind, welcoming and respectful. Note that there is a market onsite which is very helpful to have, but be aware that it is VERY expensive. My recommendation is to take a $5 uber to the Super Chedraui located 5 mins away via car and stock up on all of your essentials. My family felt super safe in the neighborhood. This wonderful home has been one of my favorite so far. Not only does it have beautiful surroundings, but it is peaceful and super close to everything! The condo was spacious, clean and included everything listed. We felt very safe and relaxed. The staff is wonderful and friendly, and always ready to assist in anything. We enjoyed some time by the two large pools, excellent gym with a nice view and the common spaces. Me and My guests love to explore and having everything no more than 10 minutes away was the best part!

So cute, and everything you could need is right downstairs. You literally walk through the lobby and you're at the marina with shops, restaurants, fun music, and adventures!

Place was amazing, clean and had everything you need it to stay comfortably . Location was perfect and was literally 7 minutes walk to the beach it’s literally like 3 blocks away. And from the beach you can take the tour to the famous Lover’s beach. The arch and if you are lucky you get to watch the Manta Ray puttting up a little show it was amazing. The building manager was super sweet lady and host responded quite quickly. I was so happy in this apartment that I end up extending one more day through the app and got approved quit fast. Thanks to all the host for this property. I would come back for sure! 🥰

The place was absolutely beautiful. We took advantage of the hot tub and even saw some fireworks on our last night! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. It was the best sleep we’ve gotten in a long time. It was also so easy to get an Uber. They were always available within 1-2 minutes and the location is easy to find. My husband and I will forever be so grateful to Guillermo for his hospitality. He helped to arrange transportation from the airport to the Air BnB and gave us excellent recommendations that did not disappoint. We loved the Art Walk in San Jose del Cabo, Playa Santa Maria, Casasola, Hoja Santa (the creme brûlée waffle was life changing), La Lupita, The Sand Bar, etc etc. I could go on and on. In short, Guillermo helped to make our trip unforgettable! We cannot wait to rebook!

Muy bonito departamento, prácticamente nuevo, muy espacioso, las instalaciones privadas y exclusivas. Lo mejor de lugar es la impresionante vista de la bahía, muy recomendable.

This Condo is AMAZING! The location is perfect. We love being so close to all the restaurants, stores, and Marina. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk. Love the condo. It is exactly as pictured and extremely clean. Great Host. We took advantage of chartering their boat for an evening cruise. WOW! I will do this every visit. Their crew was great. We had a sushi dinner and margaritas as we watched the sunset onboard. Cabo Elite was great to work with too. Stay here! You won’t regret it.

This rental has a front desk check-in with security 24/7 making it feel very safe. The grounds are maintained & very clean. Pretty quiet. Didn’t even realize we had neighbors until we checked out. The place is clean & just as pictured. Appreciated the extra toiletries provided that one may forget (qtips, hair caps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc). Restaurants, Oxxo, beach all walking distance. We did get Uber a couple of times and didn’t wait more than 2 minutes. Very safe neighborhood with the fire station about 1/2 a block. Only downfall was the rooftop jacuzzi was a flop. You fill it yourself & run out of “warm” water about a 1/4 of the way. That’s more of a building issue. Jinelly made sure to reach out to us throughout our stay to make sure everything met our needs. Gave us suggestions & even offered to help book transportation & excursions for us. Will definitely recommend this place to others.

This was a great, quiet place to stay just a couple minute walk from the marina and associated restaurants/activities. The room was clean and the host was very accommodating to our needs.

We had a wonderful stay at Matt and Holly’s place. The condo was well appointed with everything you would need and made us feel right at home. The location is excellent- walking distance to the grocery store (Fresko) and Costco is a few minutes away. Downtown Cabo was a quick uber ride to Cabo. A special thank you to Max for always being available to answer questions and making sure our check in/out and our stay was going well. Also a special thank you to the security guard Javier who was always at the gate to making sure only residents were allowed in.

We had a great time at our stay. Very clean, perfect location. 5 mins uber ride to the marina and 15 mins walk. Mariel was very attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed the heated pool. Great restaurants around the neighborhood. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Overall we loved the experience and will definitely be back.

Melissa’s place looks fabulous! It’s clean, spacious, high end with all the amenities we were looking for including washer and dryer. I love the spacious bathroom , separate shower and jacuzzi! . My family and I enjoyed staying here. This is by far the best AirBnb I ever stayed. I will recommend my family and friends to stay at Melissa’s place.
