had a wonderful stay in this lovely Los Angeles rental! Check-in was a breeze, making the arrival process stress-free. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, promptly answering any questions we had. To top it off, they even left some delicious snacks for us—such a thoughtful touch! The place was spotlessly clean and very accommodating, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting LA. Marlon and Jonathan are genuinely kind and attentive hosts who clearly put care into everything they do. The space itself is clean, comfortable, and has a peaceful, homey feel. Their dog is super cute and derpy and loves pets, and the toddler and baby girl bring a joyful energy to the place. There’s also a long-term tenant on the property — a sweet and gentle grandmother. She's wonderful. It felt like being at home with my own family. I’m grateful for the experience and would happily recommend staying here to anyone looking for a kind-hearted, welcoming environment. Good soundproofing. I never once heard the baby while in my room. The location is also good. Quiet neighborhood, feels quite safe. It's a 5-min walk to the bus stop at Culver and Centinela, and about 15 minutes walk the other direction to a lovely park that includes tennis courts, basketball court, and a dog park where you can go and play with the puppies.

Daron is an amazing host very friendly and welcoming. He introduces the place as if you’re visiting a close friend. I would definitely stay there again.

Angela is a fantastic hostess- she went over and beyond in her generosity, hospitality and kindness! She cares for her guests, is flexible, good-hearted, and a lovely woman. The bed is very comfy, great sheets and blankets, beautiful window sunlight, with great dedicated workspace, relaxing shower, and good-smelling bathroom toiletries. Thank you, Angela for having me! Eddie was a great host! Check in and out were easy. He was extremely quick to respond and very accommodating! The space was perfect for our extended weekend get away! We loved it!

Our stay at Linda’s place was great, we really enjoyed the location and proximity to one of our favorite beach. Linda’s communication was perfect and very responsive, I recommend greatly her place.

Very cozy and peaceful-I think the bed has been one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in in a while. Everything was clean and the neighborhood was quiet and nice. Highly recommend

An overall nice experience! The home is in a safe neighborhood and near to many tourist spots. Glad to use the garage that comes with the home, solved our headaches with parking!

This is a wonderful, peaceful spot. Especially loved the garden. Book it if you can. It's a 2-minute walk to the ocean, coffee shops, and amazing LA food.

I enjoyed my stay here, super clean and very comfortable. Lots of things near by and the Sofi Stadium is close by too. Recommend for sure! Rutilio was very communicative and attentive in making sure the guests feel welcome and answers any questions you may have quickly. We enjoyed our stay there.

It was a good stay walkable to the restaurants on the north side, and the beach was a couple blocks downhill.

Jordon place is very clean and well equipped.Great kitchen with all you would require. In a great location with subway stations very close and also bus services.Does not have air con and was quite warm at times.The plane noise is somewhat loud but didn’t worry me.The area is very working class but felt safe.All in all good value for the money Thanks for the stay Jordon

Mieko was a really responsive and kind host that answered any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. The Airbnb was as described with lots of amenities and there was always plenty of parking on the street. The location was close to lots of restaurants and shops (an Aldi for any grocery needs literally right next door within walking distance) which was great, but also unfortunately had the caveat of loud street noise at night. We felt very safe in the area though and overall had a great stay.

Fantastic location- about a 15 min walk to the main street in Manhattan beach and only a couple of minutes to the main walkway by the water. Also a quick walk to a few coffee shops and restaurants. Safe area too! Great to have a small balcony if you want to hang outside for a bit while home. Oliver was extremely responsive and helpful before my trip to answer any questions.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Great location if you're going to SoFi or the Forum and want a place to crash. The description matches the apartment well and Christian was super responsive to my questions. I would say that if I hadn't been familiar with Inglewood generally I might have thought the neighborhood was a little odd. like, I don't know that I'd walk home by myself from a concert. If you need an ultra quiet stay, this place probably isn't for you. It's right over the flight approach for LAX so there's frequently plane noise, and the apartment is a little older so there's typical apartment sounds like hearing your neighbors overhead walking. Didnt bug us too badly! The garage parking was an awesome perk but if you have a choice I'd recommend driving a compact car - spaces are a little snug.

Absolutely loved our stay here and would 100% rebook, truly a one of a kind place! The host was nothing but kind and responsive, the space was spotless and so beautiful. Nothing but good things to say!

Wonderful place. Only unfortunate thing is that we were right next to the main entrance so we heard people coming in and out. It only sucked because i was up and i got scared but would have never noticed if i was asleep. Wish i had time to visit the rooftop. It is a must stay. Host is very friendly and responsive. She made sure I was okay even though she was dealing with an 8 hr time difference. That’s service! Close to the beach.

Very well-furnished with all the amenities. Our hosts even had cold drinks in the fridge for us. Both Tianna and Grant were very responsive and friendly. Only 5min to LAX

The property was very beautiful in a walkable neighborhood of Manhattan Beach, close to almost anything you could think of. When we arrived the place was definitely cleaned and ready to go. MB is one of my favorite places so to have found this last minute only a min or so walk from the beach was awesome! Check in was breezy and we seemed to have our own privacy which was key! This was a mother-son trip .I will give it to them the property is clean and in a perfect area. Upon check in the replies were a bit impersonal. Didnt really get the welcome to MB from the host i have experienced with past airbnbs. Got a “yea we have basics” reply to my question about pots and pans and although this didnt affect the stay in any way there was a moment or 2 i was second guessing the vibe, when the host did reply it was short and concise(to the point) Also it definitely gets a bit hot inside, and the AC could have been more efficient but what do u expect in LA😎☀️🕶️ We would live here its great

Overall, my stay went pretty smooth. The guests were very helpful and checking out was seamless. The apartment itself was filled with very nice amenities. The living room is very spacious and having parking is a plus. The Airbnb is situated in a nice area. I enjoyed my stay and recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the LA area.

This place was spectacular. My fiance and I really enjoyed this cozy spot and everything was as described. Place has a vintage look and feel to it that I really loved. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife that we’re walking distance. Cynthia, I would like to say you are awesome! You were so responsive to our messages and just made our stay much more comfortable. Again thank you for everything.
