Beachfront vacation rentals in El Sauzal

Daniel is a wonderful host. Very friendly and gives great tips on the area as he used to live there. The house is in a secure and beautiful location with both the beach and estuary within walking distance. Everything was as described and the layout was perfect. The Mexican people you find in the neighborhood are very friendly. If you don't speak Spanish, though, this is probably a good choice - the gated neighborhood is full of Americans as is one of the local eating/shopping areas. There is a beautiful horse stable on the trail as well which is fun to check out. Daniel is doing some work on this house so I won't mention some areas that need attention as I'm sure he'll address those. You will need a car to get to most places but could hike to a local store and to get prepared food if you don't mind a 20ish minute walk. It was my favorite of all the places I've visited in Baja (4 o far) and I'll definitely be back if I can!

The condo is exactly as described being comfortable and quiet, with all the amenities listed in the description. It was perfect for my needs, being on the water most of the time, and doing the usual tourist things with great dining and nightlife very close by. I found this condo to be very peaceful and cozy the end of a very long day, which was exactly what I needed to rest and re-charge for the next day. The host was great at communicating and being very accomodating overall, making sure I had everything needed. She also had spot on suggestions with some eateries and attractions at the end of my stay and on the way out of the area. I'll definitely book my next stay here when I'm back in Ensenada. 🤠👍

I've stayed in a lot of airbnbs over the last 2 years and Luis and his wife are what really have me write this review from the heart. they met us to check us in and showed us the entire house they had prepared special treats for us they even put Modelo in the fridge. the house and the location are Way Beyond words it is the best value that I've had out of any Airbnb in so many ways. thank you so so much for the amazing experience

My group of family and friends had a great time staying at Beatriz’s airbnb! She was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. She was flexible with our check in time and overall her airbnb was spacious enough for our big group! I would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay. It was a super last minute stay and the hosts were very accommodating. The place was comfortable and homey. The ocean view and private exit to the beach was wonderful. The hosts were kind and responsive. We will most definitely want to stay again.

Excellent home, very spacious and comfortable. My 7 friends and I stayed here as part of a college reunion trip where we visited Ensenada. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and to hang out both in the living room and on the patio. Beds were comfortable, modern appliances and bathrooms which is always a big plus in Mexico! Cynthia was very communicative and always reachable by text/phone. She had her housekeeper/cleaner meet us at the home to provide us with the keys and answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again. Word of advice: the home is located up a short unpaved road, so make sure you drive carefully and your car isn’t too low to the ground.

Beautiful home. Very comfortable. Excellent view of the ocean from master bedroom, living room and balcony/patio. very relaxing! Beds are comfortable. Everything is clean, location and home are just as described.

Alfonso communicated perfectly, and for us the house worked out for exactly what we needed it for. Secure area, secure parking and big enough to relax for our group of six people and two dogs. We would stay here again.

Great location right on the water. Only tough thing was pulling in and out of the house other than that great experience, clean house and helpful house crew. Plenty of room for everyone.

Loved the location, right on the coast. Watched the sunset every evening. Easy to navigate the area.

Overall very good location, small place perfect for 2. Only thing is it was very cold probably due to properties in MX made of cement but for done reason it was extra cold. Need blankets if you stay during winter or spring.

The location is excellent, you have to take transportation to go to the downtown area, but the area where it is located also has the beach right in front, it also has many places to eat, an oxxo 50 meters away and it is on the main street, in 5 minutes you can reach the downtown area. The price was high but it was worth it, plus the city was full for the Beer Fest I think that raised the price.

If you're looking for a place to stay in Ensenada, I would highly recommend you consider staying at Casa Paraiso 2. The condo is super quiet, clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The view from every room is great. All the doors require either a key or a code to enter which made it feel really safe. You also don't have to worry about parking your car on the street. Additionally, Luis is an excellent host who was responsive to all my questions and concerns for the duration of my stay. He also provided some great recommendations. Highly recommend.

This house is walking distance from stores, restaurants, and beach (not free but well maintained). The neighborhood is completely safe and we felt comfortable enough to walk the main drag at any time of the day. The downtown and Bufadora are a short drive away, but if you want to save money eat at the locations near the house since they do not have tourist prices. If the nearby beach is not to your liking, Estero beach is not far either. Jaime is a great host who can direct you to places of interest that are nearby. The house was very clean and there were many amenities provided (i.e. kitchen, restroom supplies, kitchen utensils, washing supplies) which made the stay much more homey. The wine and buñuelos that were provided were local and enjoyed with pleasure. The house was very spacious and completely walled off from the street with parking spaces for three cars. The rooms each have their pros and cons but you can easily fit 10 people in this house.

Guadalupe was a great host! She was very responsive and clear with everything and has a beautiful place! The views were amazing and the house is beautiful and big. Even with a big group it felt like we had plenty of space for everyone. The location is also very nice since Valle de Guadalupe is very close by as well as a few different restaurants and breweries. Overall it was a great experience that we would definitely repeat, thank you so much for having us!

The view was amazing. The room was cozy. So much inside to make sure we were ok, water wine snacks an abundant amount of towels and toiletries. Such a kind host. Nothing but good things to say
