This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. Full bathroom, double room and terrace of about 25 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and as a relaxation area. We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.

The common facilities have gardens and a pool available in the summer season. Available in the house: barbecue and 2 terraces, one of them glazed, ideal for enjoying breakfast in the mornings.
