Cozy little home in a perfect, quiet area. Just what we were looking for — peaceful and relaxing, yet still close to everything. There were plenty of local convenience stores, some tasty nearby restaurants, and even a great cocktail bar right on the beach. The house itself was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and absolutely stunning views of the ocean and surrounding scenery. It’s about 30 minutes from the airport and from Valencia, which made it easy to get to but far enough to feel like a real getaway. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Jochem's place! The plants were beautiful, such a lovely private terrace. The kitchen was very well equipped, great if you like to cook. The internet was great as well. Overall, a very cozy place. The location was perfect for us, in a quiet area but only a 20 min tram ride to the center of Valencia (easy to get to, only a 5 min walk or so to the stop), and less than 40 mins to the beach. Jochem was also so friendly and helpful! He shared recommendations of things to do in the area, including a medieval fest happening a few blocks away!

A great small apartment but very well equipped. The contacts, from start to finish were perfect and the welcome very friendly. Mutual trust worthy of mention. The location is very quiet, so is the building. The ability to park in the garage is a huge plus. Tram station a 5-minute walk away. I spent about ten days and restful nights. I would definitely recommend this place for a single person or a couple. There is everything you need to feel at home.

It was a perfect stay. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything (even chairs and a beach umbrella). Nothing was missing. Roberto always responded immediately to our messages and was very punctual at check-in. He even left us fresh drinks in the fridge. The area is very quiet and perfect for families. The nearest beach is less than a 10-minute walk away. The city of Valencia can be reached by car in just 15 minutes. I would definitely go back.

We had the most wonderful time at this place. Great location, very well connected to lots of buses and metro, short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. Perfect place to be if you enjoy both, city and beach. The apartment itself was lovely and super clean with everything you need. Sergio was an amazing host, super responsive and accommodating, and gave us loads of recommendation. 10/10 recommend!

We loved the apartment, the pool on the premises was fantastic and the beach was within walking distance. They even helped us make a reservation for the best Valencian paella in the area. Excellent host, thank you so much!

Elegant beachfront apartment with large terrace ideal for couples who are looking to enjoy a calm vacation with direct access to the beach ⛱️🌊☀️. Going to the local market with bikes, being able to buy fresh seafood, and grill on the terrace was quite a highlight. We enjoyed sitting out evenings with a good local Verdejo wine. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. No excessive loud music in the area. There is a“ Hausmeister“ who attends the property from 9am to 8 pm. Very friendly and cordial. He keeps the common areas well maintained. The apartment is clean, elegant, free of clutter. We cooked several days in the evening and found everything we needed in the kitchen. I took an Uber to the city center for shopping once in a while (just 20min away). In the evening it’s nice to walk down the beach promenade where you also find restaurants to eat and clubs to dance. Overall a great experience👌🏻✨ We will surely book again. Thank you Carlos ✨

We were so happy to stay at the Imperial Apartamentos Valencia. The hosts were really responsive with any questions we had. They were helpful with an earlier check in which was perfect as it was so hot when we arrived by train. The apartment was spotless and elegantly designed and well maintained. The keypad for entry was so good. No need to take keys with us. In all, we were so happy to stay there and would recommend to anyone.

My family really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Enrique's place! It is located steps away from the beach with stunning views, lots of rooms for everyone, clean, well-decorated, free parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants...Furthermore, Enrique is always quick to respond and very helpful. I will highly recommend!

We spent 4 nights in Valencia, the apartment is perfect for a 3-4 day stay. It has everything you need in a small space, but it's not uncomfortable. It's very well decorated, everything is impeccable and it has very tasteful details. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the bathroom shower is very good, I would only say that they should put bigger towels, just to say something. Artem always responded immediately to our inquiries, even when we arrived very late at night, he was connected with us. We did not meet him personally but he is a very friendly, polite person and always willing to help us. Of course I recommend Artem's apartment 100%, hopefully I can come back some day.

Our recent stay at Edu's apartment was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, we felt immediately at home; the apartment exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its charming character far surpassed the already appealing photos. The location was incredibly convenient, placing us within easy walking distance of many key attractions, while simultaneously providing the peace and quiet of a safe and pleasant neighbourhood. The apartment was absolutely stunning and in such a great location! The hosts were all so lovely and super fast to get back to us as well :) We had some small issues but they were so quick and friendly to get them sorted for us! Would definitely recommend as a place to stay if you’re wanting to visit Valencia!!!

Jon and the team were extremely responsive and helpful in the lead up to our stay at their beautiful property in Valencia. the apartment has a very beautiful view, it is spacious and well equipped for 6. the linens are of very good quality , the services too. the host is very attentive, there were bcp of products offered for our welcome. Julian kept in touch with us during our stay , he always advised us, although we did not meet his neighbor Noé who came very kindly to welcome us for him. Thank you.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
