Casa muy cuidada, con todas las comodidades, en zona tranquila y bonita. Perfecta tanto para disfrutar la casa como para hacer una escapada y conocer Sanlúcar. Es imposible ponerle pega. Repetiremos!

A very nice modern studio house in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to beach. Inside is very modern and the shower is one of the best I have ever had. For the size of house there is a large walled garden which was ideal for the dog to run around in. It was a very comfortable stay.

Travel to Spain regularly to over-winter and work remotely. The house was absolutely fine and well equipped. Warm, comfortable and modern. The rest is quite personal but the location is a little strange with lots of unfinished plots and quite difficult roads into Sanlucar. Tried walking a couple of times to avoid damaging my alloy wheels, but it’s about 45-60 minutes one way. Fine in good weather but turned out to be quite changeable with lots of cloud and showers during my stay. But with that explained—it could be totally different in the summer. The host was extremely helpful throughout the stay and very responsive to any issues. Ali in all, would go again if available in the winter.

l'accueil de ana et Antonio est très chaleureux leur petite maison réalisée avec beaucoup de goût et de soin rien ne manque. pour l'arrivée ne vous fié pas au gps pas assez précis la route qui les dessert. ne permet pas les demi tour. séjour très agréable et reposant.

Pasamos unos días maravillosos en la casa de Amanda. Desde el primer momento, nos sentimos muy cómodos: la casa es amplia, luminosa y con ambientes muy acogedores, ideales para disfrutar en familia. Todo estaba impecable y bien equipado, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más placentera. La zona exterior es simplemente encantadora, con una piscina perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar del buen clima. La tranquilidad del entorno nos permitió desconectar por completo y descansar como lo necesitábamos. Además, la comunicación con Amanda fue excelente: rápida, clara y muy eficiente, lo cual hizo todo aún más fácil. Sin duda, volveremos 100%. ¡Gracias, Amanda, por hacer de nuestra escapada una experiencia tan especial!

Pasamos una estancia muy agradable y cómoda. la recepción y despedida muy acogedora y siempre dispuesto a ayudar o hacer agradable la estancia. Zona tranquila, algo alejada fe centro, pero cómoda para aparcar y centro de operaciones. Las instalaciones y equipamiento muy bien, con todo lo necesario

Het huis, het zwembad, de meer dan complete keuken en de locatie overstegen de verwachting. Ondanks dat het niet de goedkoopste locatie in Andalusië is was dit ons het meer dan waard. Wandelend naar het strand of een restaurant om de hoek, maar ook de belangrijke plaatsen waren op relatief korte afstand: Cádiz als bijzondere stad met haar eigen Golf van Cádiz Jerez de la Frontera met haar sherry, paarden en, als je geluk hebt, de feria de Jerez Maar ook Tarifa, the place to be, als je watersporter bent met aan de ene kant de Middelandse Zee en aan de andere kant de Atlantische Oceaan. Alles binnen handbereik. Communiceren met Aafke was heel prettig en vriendelijk. Veel tips en altijd antwoord op vragen die we hadden. Kortom: fantastisch! Deze plek, dit huis wil ik iedereen aanraden. Wij waren met vier volwassenen maar ook kinderen zullen zich hier goed vermaken!

Our experience at Stephanie’s place was fantastic. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way — clean, comfortable, and even better than the photos. Stephanie was an incredibly flexible and accommodating host, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we’d be happy to return in the future!

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und Rasen zum Spielen. Ideal für Familien, u.a. wegem guten Kinder-Schutz rund um den Pool. Alberto ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit, er kennt die Gegend sehr gut und wohnt in der Nähe. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

La casa es muy acogedora, muy buena ubicación cerca de la playa y de restaurantes y servicios. Beatriz muy flexible y responde muy rápido a los mensajes. Recomendable!

The place is stunning, and only a short taxi ride from Jerez. Eduardo was responsive and super flexible. The house was fully equiped and the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Can’t recommend it enough.

Wunderbare Unterkunft, alles tipptopp! Adolfo hat uns mit vielen Tipps bezüglich Umgebung und Restaurants versorgt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral zwischen Conil und Roche. Garten und Pool wurden immer sehr gepflegt. Ausstattung wirklich gut und die Kommunikation mit Adolfo während des ganzen Aufenthaltes hervorragend. Fünf von fünf Sternen für die Unterkunft wie auch für den Gastgeber.

Wij hebben echt een prima verblijf gehad. Goede locatie tegen het centrum van de stad aan en alles op een loopafstand. Snelle reactie telkens van de host. Alleen de informatievoorziening voor het parkeren van een auto mag beter. Parkeren is n.l. een ding in de omgeving. Direct in de straat kan maar is erg duur en in een parkeergarage kan ook, is deze alleen voordelig wanneer men via een site (even zoeken voor het Engels gedeelte) reserveert, anders ook daar schreeuwend duur. Locatie blijft verder wel een goede uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van Jerez.

It was a quick stay, but the beauty of the location, and the wonderful town made us want to come back soon. We enjoyed the place, and highly recommend!!

Piso en una zona tranquila, pero con zonas de playa y de ocio a las que poder llegar andando en 10 minutos, por lo que no es necesario mover el coche si no quieres. En cuanto a Oscar, siempre atento a cualquier cosa aunque no fuese para nada urgente.

La estancia ha sido justo lo que buscábamos, muy cerca de bares y mucha zona para salir tanto más tranquilo como para salir de fiesta. La vecina que te entrega las llaves es muy amable y atenta. Para repetir

Ubicacion muy centrica, piso muy limpio y bonito y Fran todo el rato se preocupaba que estuvieramos bien y comodas. Cuando volvamos ya sabemos donde ir!!!

Primeramente recalcar lo encantadores y atentos que son Manuel y Ana, fue todo a la perfección desde el minuto uno. Comunicación en todo momento y ante cualquier duda respuestas rápidas. La casita es encantadora, simpática y acogedora. Tiene todo lo que puedas imaginar en los alrededores, todo tipo de restaurantes y ocio. Puedes pasear tranquilamente por el corazón de rota sin tener que desplazarte demasiado dado lo céntrica que está la casita :) No dudéis en coger el parking, está justo en frente de la casa y la tranquilidad la tienes asegurada. Beatrice a été une hôtesse charmante et réactive aux demandes que vous avions faites lors de la réservation, à savoir 2 jeux de clefs et 2 chambres prêtes alors que ces 2 demandes avaient été faites 6 mois auparavant. Les adresses de restaurant fournies sont parfaites. Le logement est magnifiquement situé et baigne de lumière avec une vue extraordinaire de la grande terrasse surplombant la ville, la mer et la cathédrale où vous pourrez admirez de somptueux couchers de soleil ! C'est la première fois que nous passons 10 jours dans un logement Airbnb sans y avoir pris un seul repas car à 3 minutes à pied, plein de cafés pour le petit déjeuner, des restaurants et bar à tapas pour dîner et le marché pour manger des fruits de mer à 10 minutes à pied pour déjeuner... Je viens de rentrer à Paris et je ne monterai pas sur mon pèse personne avant 10 jours !!! Bref allez y les yeux fermés, la ville et ses environs sont un pur bonheur et nous vous recommandons cette adresse vivement !

El apartamento es una maravilla. Está en perfecto estado, limpísimo y muy cómodo. La terraza espectacular, super agradable. Hemos estado como en casa, todo cuidado al detalle. Para repetir sin duda.
