This magnificent two-bedrooms apartament is inside of a renovated building where traditional architectural elements had been conserved such as exposed wooden beams on its high ceiling and "ostionera" stones, typical from old city of Cádiz. Upon entering the apartment, we have access to the spacious and bright living room, furnished with high-quality furniture and design elements, with a modern fully equipped open kitchen. Both sides of the living room we find the two independent bedrooms, both have completed en suite bathrooms with shower, double beds wich measures are 1.80 x 2.00 and integranted Tv. One of them also has a reading table. The whole apartament is exterior with four balconies facing General Luque street, which is few metres away from the most famous comercial streets in Cádiz, like San Francisco and Culumela and steps away from the main monuments and atractions of Cádiz historic centre. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Apartment on the first floor of a 19th century building, completely renovated respecting the romantic façade. Very careful modern decoration. It can accommodate 4 people, living-dining room, kitchen open to the living room and a bathroom. The rooms are very spacious and especially bright, as it is located on the corner it has 4 windows and balconies in the living room where a lot of light enters all year round. The house is on the first floor without an elevator, with a comfortable staircase of about 20 steps.

It is an old building with a traditional picturesque "patio" style entrance. We have just finished complete renovations, 100 m2 all new for your comfort. Good mattresses, big sofa and dining area, new fridge, vitro stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave complete the updated appliances.

You would like my place because it is situated in the middle of the town, by the river side, in the restaurants and pubs zone but in a very quiet and silent street. Parking next door (8€ a day). Easy to get to the beaches, 5 min. by car and 15 min. walking from bullfighting. It is good for couples, families with children, business trip. Comfy and beautiful, full of light.
