We spent 3 peaceful nights in the apartment. It is quiet from the street and cool from the sun. The apartment matches the description, it is a good distance from all services and distractions. Alvaro was considerate and answered any questions we had. We recommend this apartment

A very nice modern studio house in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to beach. Inside is very modern and the shower is one of the best I have ever had. For the size of house there is a large walled garden which was ideal for the dog to run around in. It was a very comfortable stay.

A beach paradise! If you want to relax in nature, this is the perfect place. It feels totally secluded but there are grocery stores and restaurants just 10 minutes away by car. The house is very special. It’s located right on the beach, totally private, and the sunset are spectacular! The way it’s decorated is also very comfortable with everything you need. If you have a dog: sand has built up over the side of the fence facing the beach so your dog can just walk right out. The other 3 sides of the property are secure. I 100% recommend the house but if it’s raining, you might have the water enter the house from the front door and sliding doors. We were able to clean it up with a mop and towels but wanted to mention that it’s a rustic experience.

Unbeatable house two blocks from the beach, the house was clean and has everything you need to enjoy a few days in all comfort and without having to worry about anything, we were a few friends and we were very comfortable. Beatriz was attentive all the time that we were comfortable and that there was no problem, we will definitely come back. Exceptional parking and arrival with a grocery store two streets away. Quiet and family-friendly urbanization that you feel safe and comfortable. It has front garden, back and terrace to enjoy. 100% recommended

Great house; very spacious. Well equipped kitchen and lovely terrace. So close to the sea - you can hear the waves. Roche beach is beautiful; miles long and great for walking and surfing. It’s a drive to Conil and Chiclana so you need a car. The drive along the coast to Conil is beautiful. Gabriel is a lovely host; warm, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Would definitely recommend if you want to enjoy the beach, walk or cycle through the pine woods.

Amazing the location in which the apartment is located!! Super close to the beach. Everything was very clean and the deal with Francisco was incredible, every question or thing we needed was there to solve or help. A ten as a host I wish I could always match people like that In our case we were with two dogs and they were great because it has a back patio. By the way with views of the beach that is awesome I recommend it 100%.

We had a great stay at the loft, it is a lovely spot with a very helpful host, my daughter and her friend were sailing and I was able to explore the local area, I can highly recommend and we will definitely use again if we find ourselves in the area.

We have spent a few spectacular days,the house is exactly as in the photos,we were with two dogs and they have enjoyed very much x the garden so large and the best of everything completely fenced,the attention of the host is unbeatable...the house is in a very quiet area but very close to everything,in ten minutes you are on the beach and shops,and the pine forest is next to it is perfect to walk.... we will be back soon....

Perfect accommodation, the house is amazing, clean, new, very well equipped and on top of that Beatriz is a very good host, attentive to us at all times. The terrace and pool are the best part of the house.

Just like the photos, to mention one drawback, the spiral staircase with the suitcases, otherwise everything was outstanding

The apartment was great for us as a family! There were three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The direct access to the garden was also perfect! Everything was clean and the communication with Antonio was great. A parking space was available. Unfortunately, the pool is only open from June, so we could not use it. But access to the sea was perfect in 5 minutes and the beach is fantastic and natural. An enchanting place to unwind and enjoy tranquility.

Susana was always super communicative and kind. Upon our arrival she gave us all kinds of directions. The house was very clean. Flawless sheets and towels; equipped with everything you need. We were traveling with a baby, and she provided us with a crib and a playpen. The location is perfect, it's a quiet area and the house is cozy. Ideal for families with children. Easy parking and the beach is very close. We enjoyed it so much.

We stayed as a group of friends for a week and the stay was excellent. The location to Puerto Sherry is just a few minutes away, which allowed us to walk there without any problems. We were impressed by all the details that the house had, toilet paper, bath and pool towels, oil, coffee, shampoo… it didn't lack any detail. We really liked that it was so well-equipped. Susana was very friendly and attentive to us for anything we needed.

Rosa’s place has all the amenities you need and a well-appointed unit only steps from the beach and situated on a beautiful property. From Rosa’s, you can walk anywhere in the city and see the sites. The surrounding cities are easily accessible and each of their own treasures — Cádiz and Gibraltar are historically significant. Rosa made us feel at home and provided a useful list of dining and sightseeing options that we enjoyed. I look forward to staying again.

We enjoyed the house that is fantastic and super comfortable. The crystalline pool and all very well kept. The house is 100 meters from the beach but with a lot of privacy and no traffic through the entrance. I recommend it and for sure we will repeat it. The house is in an absolute dream location, is flooded with light and equipped with everything you need. Also for longer stays. In total, we spent 7 weeks here. And although we were not so lucky with the weather (severe storm and heavy rain in March) we felt safe and comfortable at all times. It is one of the few houses in the region with central heating, which also works great. Communication with Jeroen was excellent. He was able to help us quickly and reliably with all our concerns. We couldn't have made a better choice. We really enjoyed every second in this house. We would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Luis’ place. The villa is exactly as pictured and feels very luxurious inside. Luis was very responsive and even gave us lots of local recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and activities. The location is perfect and you can walk easily to many beautiful beaches. We would definitely choose this villa to stay in again of we came back to the area.

Good communication with Jaime, the apartment is very nice and in very good condition. We'll be back!!

Very well located house a few meters from a family beach, the house meets what is necessary although some aspects to improve so that everything is 5 stars. 5 star Jesus both in communication and in treatment, good directions to go to eat and get to know the surroundings.
