All inclusive. No cleaning fee. New construction in 2019. This modern 1100 sq. ft. single story ranch style home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Our home has a beautiful kitchen amply stocked for cooking needs. The living room and dining area are open with comfortable furnishings. We are approximately a one hour drive to Yosemite (39 miles) along Hwy 140 which meanders through beautiful canyons with the Merced River in full view. My husband and I live on the adjacent property .
