House vacation rentals in El Pontón

La estadia en la casa de Gareth estuvo genial. Era como estar en tu casa. Como unico detalle el primer dia que llegamos a la noche que no sabiamos lo del termotanque y nos quedamos sin agua caliente por querer bañar al pequeñin y lo de la potencia de la luz, que todo a la vez no podia estar encendido. Pero una vez ya sabiendo eso y tomando recaudo todo bien. La recomendaremos a nuestros conocidos que vayan a visitar Ontinyent. Las vistas a las sierras del Torrater Mariola y Benicadell de lo mejor. Lastima que no estaba el tiempo para la piscina y aun no estaba disponible, sino lo hubiesemos disfrutado muchisimo mas.

Una estancia espectacular en familia, 4 personas y 3 perritos. Hemos estado un fin de semana y se nos ha hecho corto. Ha sido incluso mejor de lo que pensábamos. El terreno enorme, una casa muy espaciosa, limpia y ordenada, y una piscina espectacular. Salva no nos puso ningun impedimento en la llegada ni en la salida, muy flexible e incluso nos ayudó a llegar. Muy receptivo y amable. La casa ofrece una tranquilidad impresionante, se esta fenomenal, tiene mucho jardín y nuestros 3 perritos lo han pasado en grande correteando por todo. Además está todo bien vallado y super seguro para ellos. Tiene una zona de BBQ y todas las instalaciones estan en perfectas condiciones. Ha sido espectacular estar en casa de Salva, y su atención aún mejor. Seguro que repetiremos. Estamos encantados, no podíamos haber elegido mejor. Sin duda ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas.

On recommande cette location Miguel est un super host La maison est très fonctionnelle, la piscine au top. La plage à 5 minutes à pied est très jolie et peu fréquentée. Bref un excellent plan !

Very friendly host and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, but cosy. It had everything we needed. The house is out of the center, but we found everything within walking distance. Enjoyable terras and clean swimming pool. The neighbourhood has many dogs barking at you when you walk by. It does not disturb when you're at the house, however if you're scared of dogs there is no way of avoiding them when walking to and from the house. Highly recommend the place if you don't wish to be in the center.

Nick and Jeremy were great hosts and although live above we only saw them when we needed something. You have everything you need and the pool and table tennis kept the kids happy. BBQ and terrace were used every night and the living room was great with freeview and wifi so you can carry on working if needed. Nick and Jeremy cooked for us for one night and the food was amazing special mention to the banoffee pie! We would certainly recommend this villa and will be returning I am sure.

Everything was nice, clean, and organized. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. I would stay here again.

La casa ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas. Estaba muy limpia y disponía de todo para pasar unos días de descanso. La playa está literalmente al lado y se llega en 3 minutos andando, aunque si no te apetece bajar al mar también te puedes bañar en la piscina. Hay que seguir varias instrucciones al llegar y al salir, pero los propietarios te detallan y explican todo muy bien. La comunicación con ellos ha sido excelente. Hemos disfrutado de un fin de semana con amigos estupendo!

Alles war wunderbar. Paula war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Lage zu Fuß 1-2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Wohnung wie angegeben, alles Tip Top. Garage mit Tischtennis war eine gute Abwechslung und hat viel Spaß gemacht 👍🏼

No solo coincide al 100% la descripción, además la estancia ha sido muy buena. Fernando muy atento, nos ha recomendado donde comer, como movernos por allí, todo lo que necesitaramos. Sin duda lo recomendamos. .

We hadden een geweldige tijd in de woning van Alexandra! De communicatie verliep heel vlot en uiterst vriendelijk, wat altijd heel aangenaam is mocht je toch nog vragen hebben. De woning is helemaal vernieuwd, en heel mooi ingericht. De ligging is ideaal, op wandelafstand van metro- en busstation om de stad in te trekken en op wandelafstand van de haven/strand. Het was zalig vertoeven op het dakterras, met mooie zuiderse planten. We verbleven er tijdens de "santa semana", en konden deze unieke processies van heel dichtbij in de straten van de buurt meemaken. Valencia heeft ons hart gestolen, mochten we nog een keer terugkomen met onze groep, dan logeren we zeker en vast weer in het huis van Alexandra.

Sergio super amable y la casa genial. Tenía de todo y de calidad, incluyendo chimenea, barbacoa, piscina... Perfecto para ir con perro, ya que está todo vallado (incluso la piscina, no hay peligro) y hay muchísimo espacio. Además tienen gallinas, y nos dieron muchos huevos que estaban buenísimos. La zona muy tranquila, rodeado de campos y solo algunos chalets bastante apartados. Y a menos de 5 min de Ayora.

Tolles Haus in Strandnähe. Erika war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Haus überzeugt durch die Lage, das Design, mehrere tolle Terrassen und den Komfort. Gerne wieder!

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

Emilio fue encantador desde el primer intante, nos envió la información necesaria por mensaje, nos facilitó el poder entrar antes en la casa y el poder salir más tarde si no lonecitabamos. En todo tiempo muy amable y encantador. La fina de los naranjos es más hermosa que lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. Toda la obra donde nos hospedamos es nueva, con buenos acabados y electrodomesticos de primera calidad. Exelente gusto para la decoración. La piscina y la zona de barbacoa es la cereza del pastel. Y por si fuese poco, nos ofrecieron comer toda la naranja que pudieramos comer, hay que decirlo, una naranja de primerísima calidad. Sin duda reperiré, salimos muy muy satisfechos con todo. A wonderful stay in a beautiful villa in Sagunto just a 5 minute walk to the quiet Almarda Beach. The villa had all the amenities for the adults and children. The kids loved the trampoline and running around the big garden. The pool was lovely too however didn’t get in it much as it’s too cold this time of year. Maribel was so accommodating and met us upon arrival to go through everything about the accommodation. She was available on the phone if ever we had a question. The villa is really pretty with lovely big bedrooms. The host is very organised with every piece of kitchen equipment you could think of which made evenings really helpful. Overall we were over the moon with our stay and hope to come again. Becky & family xx

Sin duda un lugar para repetir, sitio tranquilo y bonito que visitar, muy verde y buen clima. Una casa grande en la que hemos estado muy a gusto, con barbacoa, piscina, jardín, todo genial!! Suni fue muy amable y tuvimos una llegada y salida excelentes!!

Nous avons découvert un endroit merveilleux et des personnes adorables. La villa Rosita est un endroit merveilleux, la villa qui est habitées par les propriétaires est somptueuse, et que dire du jardin qui est extraordinaire et dont nous avons pu profiter. Le logement proposé est dans le prolongement de la villa et totalement indépendant. On avait accès à la très grande piscine du logement et on a aussi pu profiter de la terrasse. L’environnement est paisible car au milieu de plantations d’agrumes. Le logement en lui même est très bien équipé, très agréable, grand et climatisé. Et que dire des parents d’Alejandro qui habitent la villa et qui nous ont accueilli… des gens formidables et d’une extrême gentillesse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour qui restera dans nos mémoires. Un immense merci à Alejandro et ses parents.

Wat een geweldig huis met zwembad, in oktober wel iets aan de koude kant :-). We waren er met 8 personen en daar is genoeg ruimte voor. Ruime kamers en netjes ingericht. Op 10 min rijden van het plaatsje Vilamarxant, waar een winkel en een bakker is. De bakker heeft heerlijk brood, maar daar moet je wel vroeg voor zijn anders is het op. Supermarkt heeft ook prima brood. Valencia op een half uur rijden is goed te doen, je zit zo op de snelweg. Daniel communiceert prettig, reageert snel en adequaat. De beheerder Fernando is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk en reageert ook snel via de app. Is ook snel ter plekke mocht dat nodig zijn.

We had a great time, despite the rain. It is very cozy inside and there is a beautiful view from the rooftop. During the night it is very quiet and the area is great for hiking.

El alojamiento de Alex y su mujer es perfecto para desconectar y poder relajarse en la naturaleza. Es idóneo también para ir con niños, ya que tiene un amplio jardín y juguetes! La ubicación es muy buena ya que está muy cerca de Sagunto, la playa y otros pueblos más grandes. Alex ha estado en todo momento pendiente y la vivienda estaba muy limpia. Sin duda repetiremos!
