Our house is in the heart of a traditional Spanish village, where the locals are friendly and endearing. There are many amenities on the doorstep including 2 supermarkets, petrol & repairs, bars, restaurants, newsagent, pharmacy, dentist, optician, doctor, hairdressers, barber, beauty salon, post office and the traditional church square where many fiestas and celebrations are enjoyed by the locals and holidaymakers alike. Very stylish and renovated townhouse with lovely lake views. The house has a perfectly located just 5 minutes from one of the best beaches in Spain. The house has 3 floors with 3 bedrooms with AC, 3 toilets, 2 patios as well as 2 balconies. The house is located in a private gated community with extensive green areas, 4 magnificent pools, tennis courts and nice gardens. Alicante is only a 15 minute drive away and 10 minutes from the airport. 2 minutes walk to nice restaurants.

Ciara was a fantastic host and always responded quickly. The villa was brilliant for a family of 9 with three generations staying. The pool is fantastic, the amenities were great in the house and it's in a very peaceful location. We got great recommendations for taxis & places to eat and things to do from Ciara and everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Couldn't recommend this location more. We made fantastic memories here!

This is my best experience on Airbnb😍 The house is just incredible, fully equipped with everything you need (there is even parchment paper and paper towels in the kitchen). In addition, it is very, very clean! I felt like I was at home, not in a rented house. It is obvious that everything is done with soul and love. The city itself is very beautiful. The balcony is incredibly beautiful, we enjoyed these views every day. I’m very grateful for your attention to details, such as washing powder or spices in the kitchen, everything is so well thought out, it is amazing. Thank you very much! Daniel is a very nice person, he was able to give us advice on activities to do locally The accommodation is clean and well arranged, easy to access and close to everything I would recommend this place for people looking to visit Alicante and the surrounding area while staying in a quiet environment.

A nice, peaceful location to stay. Large house located in a secure gated community. There were 9 of us and we all had a great time. Very responsive host who was there to assist if we had any questions or queries. He stayed up late and provide us with a detailed check- in at 11pm due to issues with our inbound flight. I would definitely recommended the property and I will be sure to stay there again during my next visit to Alicante

Lovely house in the old town

Angieszka was a fantasic host who responded to emails almost immediately and was VERY helpful by giving clear check-in instructions and recommendations for the area. The house itself couldn't be more perfect, I didn't want to leave at the end of my stay! The house is about a 90 second walk to the beach, two minutes to the main road that takes you to many of the local businesses. The supermarket was walkable (about ten minutes) and the are many stores along the way that you can use to purchase just about anything you'd need for your stay. Upon check-in, the house was in immaculate condition, wifi worked well, LOVED the rooftop area and the smaller balconies as well. The surrounding neighborhood was SO quiet, clean and safe, I LOVED just walking around the streets of the old town, always felt safe, couldn't get enough of the small, winding streets. I would definitely stay here again and can't recommend Angieszka's place, she's a great host, 10/10!!

Lovely villa. Host and key holder were very responsive and friendly to deal with. Great specification of villa with lovely pool and very nice rooms. Location could be an issue without a car. Busses are close by but taxis hard to find that will come and pick up. Plenty of scooters for the more adventurous!

We had a great stay at Peter’s place. The communication with Peter was great which made the check in and check’ out process very easy. The villa had all the amenities you would need and we especially loved all the outside space and the privacy of the property. There are numerous bars and restaurants within about 20-25 minute walk and the beach was just a 5 minute stroll away. I would highly recommend this property and hopefully we will stay again in the future.
