På entreplan finns tre sovrum, ett med dubbelsäng, ett sovrum med två enkelsängar och ett sovrum med bäddsoffa (140x190cm). Vardagsrum och kök i öppen planlösning med utrymme för umgänge och utgång till den stora terrassen. Den privata takterrassen nås via en trappa från den lägre terrassen. Detta är ett expansivt område så det byggs nya hus i närheten. Det stör inte mycket eftersom det inte är precis bredvid. Framför lägenheten kommer det inte att byggas.
